The person who ate at Taco Bell and ended up with a spider egg infestation in their cheek the day after. It was proven untrue but it got me to stop eating their mystery meat tacos immediately.
Mayonnaise replaced with Cum at a Burger King, back in the late 80s. I don't eat Mayo when at resturants, only at home, b/c of my irrational fear of this Urban Legend.

The one about the horse lady by the park.
The one where somebody was hiding under cars slashing people's ankles. Before my time but I still check under my car at night.
Oh, also the one about somebody being in the center of a circle jerk and ingesting so much cum that they had to have their stomach pumped.
