VoteVets calls on GOP to remove Trump from ticket for Treason

From their press released
PHILADELPHIA, PA - After Donald Trump encouraged Russia to continue hacking the United States, today, the largest group of progressive veterans in America, representing over 400,000 veterans, military families, and civilian supporters, VoteVets.org, is calling for the Republican Party to remove Donald Trump from their party's ticket.

Jon Soltz, Iraq War Veteran and Chairman of VoteVets.org said:

“It is horrifying to see a major candidate for president make a direct appeal to a foreign authoritarian regime to hack the United States. If not treason, encouraging cyberwarfare against the United States constitutes what would be considered a high crime or misdemeanor that would cause impeachment and removal from office, for violating the oath to protect and defend the United States from all enemies.

"We cannot allow a commander in chief who works to undermine our current military operations in Eastern Europe, by sending conflicting signals about our seriousness in keeping the Russians in check. And we absolutely cannot have a president who directly encourages cyberwarfare against us.

"The Republican Party must use all means available to remove Donald Trump from their ticket.”

My mini rant on the Bernie Bros of California

The California delegation who spent most of their time being brats, listen up. This isn't about you, it never was and it will never be. To be at the DNC and boo folks just shows your inability to move forward. The truth is y'all are myopic AF!

In Cali, we live in a bubble. We're liberal and most of our laws reflect that. However, in places like my home state of Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky and Michigan, they don't have that luxury. They can't survive a Trump presidency, hell, many of us can't survive it.

For once, think about other people besides yourselves. Think about the freedoms we fought so hard for that could be taken away. Yes, Bernie lost and the some within the DNC are problematic, but this also politics. So, get your head out your ass and look at the bigger picture. We must win in November.

First Lady Michelle Obama Full Emotional And Motivational Speech at the DNC

Interesting Quote: Nevada Senator Pat Spearman

From DNC Convention
“We have heard Donald Trump say that he would protect the LGBTQ community. But he is against marriage equality and has said he is all for overturning it. Donald Trump says that anyone can use any bathroom in Trump Tower but he still supports heinous bathroom bills and he would strip away the rights of transgender Americans. But his worst attack on us was his vice presidential pick, Indiana Governor Mike Pence. Governor Pence signed a law that allows individuals and businesses to deny services to LGBTQ Americans, and he used religion as a weapon to discriminate. As a lesbian, that hurts me. As a person of faith, that offends me. And as a legislator working hard to create jobs, that baffles me.

Wikileaks is Weak

Wikileaks are sad and foolish.

As many of you know Wikileaks released info about a staffer's plans to attack Bernie Sanders based of his religious beliefs. It was petty, but it's nothing new, it's politics. Anyway, journalists start digging and see an interesting link to Russia.

Now, if you've been watching, Trump has been kissing up to Russia and Putin. They have made it no secret that they love Trump and will do dirty deeds to help him.

MSNBC's Joy Reid tweeted about this and Wikileaks responded

Trump's Speechwriting Drama heads to FEC

Trouble in Trumpland

In my email pile, I got this interesting piece of news. Democratic Coalition Against Trump filed a complaint against Trump to the FEC.

Read the press release:
This morning the Democratic Coalition Against Trump filed a federal campaign complaint against Donald Trump’s Presidential campaign with the Federal Elections Commission. The complaint alleges five violations including illegally accepting direct corporate contributions, accepting services from a volunteer that were actually compensated, use of the Trump corporate name or trademark to facilitate campaign contributions, illegal use of corporate facilities by a campaign volunteer, and knowingly allowing volunteers to exceed the transportation expense limit.

Meredith McIver, a speechwriter for the Trump campaign, released her plagiarism apology letter yesterday made on the Trump Organization letterhead that stated she was working via the corporation to perform campaign responsibilities. The Trump campaign responded to calls from the Coalition for clarification, where Trump’s spokesman claimed that McIver was serving in a volunteer capacity to the campaign.

Scott Dworkin, Senior Advisor to the Coalition, filed the complaint after reading McIver’s letter and the Trump campaign’s claim that McIver was serving as a volunteer, stating: “McIver offered her resignation from her full-time job with the Trump Organization, not from the Trump campaign. If she was a volunteer for the campaign, then there should have been no job to resign from.”

Jon Cooper, Chairman of the Coalition, said “This incident is reminiscent of the John Edwards campaign-finance scandal, which likewise involved work paid for by a corporation for a presidential campaign. As such, it is very troubling.”

The Democratic Coalition Against Trump is an arm of Keep America Great PAC, a grassroots coalition aimed at making sure that Donald Trump never becomes President. The Democratic Coalition Against Trump serves as the home of the anti-Trump movement for Democrats and has chairs in all 50 states and D.C. The state chairs of the coalition include Democratic elected officials, party chairs, delegates, grassroots leaders and activists. In addition the Coalition runs Artists Against Trump which includes Award Winning Actor Danny Glover, Daily Show creator Lizz Winstead and Former Correspondent Aasif Mandvi and over 50 artists.

Sorry Ass Milo Yiannopoulos got Permanently Banned from Twitter

Milo Yiannopoulos is a weak little gay who loves to stir up drama. He was the one who wanted to remove the T from LGBT and he lives over at Breitbart.

Well, a few days ago, this cretin played a huge role in attacking Ghostbusters and SNL star Leslie Jones, with racist images and tweets on Twitter. Leslie fought back, but it was too much on her. Fans jumped in to defend her, but Leslie decided to leave Twitter.

Now, Twitter has permanently banned his sorry ass.

Twitter posted this statement:
People should be able to express diverse opinions and beliefs on Twitter. But no one deserves to be subjected to targeted abuse online, and our rules prohibit inciting or engaging in the targeted abuse or harassment of others. Over the past 48 hours in particular, we’ve seen an uptick in the number of accounts violating these policies and have taken enforcement actions against these accounts, ranging from warnings that also require the deletion of Tweets violating our policies to permanent suspension.

We know many people believe we have not done enough to curb this type of behavior on Twitter. We agree. We are continuing to invest heavily in improving our tools and enforcement systems to better allow us to identify and take faster action on abuse as it’s happening and prevent repeat offenders. We have been in the process of reviewing our hateful conduct policy to prohibit additional types of abusive behavior and allow more types of reporting, with the goal of reducing the burden on the person being targeted. We’ll provide more details on those changes in the coming weeks.
His bitch ass is crying over at Breitbart. However, he needs to watch himself because Leslie might beat that ass

Watch LIVE: House Panel Holds Hearing on the Worst Anti-LGBT bill, The First Amendment Defense Act

Question of the Day

Who will be Trump's VP?

White House calls FADA "Discriminatory"

The White House got some words for House Republicans.

Today, there's a congressional hearing on a federal “religious freedom” (FADA) bill that would bring about anti-LGBT discrimination.

Washington Blade reports
Jeff Tiller, a White House spokesperson, made the remarks in response to an email request from the Washington Blade to comment on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform’s controversial hearing on the First Amendment Defense Act.
“We strongly oppose attempts to roll back non-discrimination protections for LGBT Americans,” Tiller said. “It’s disturbing that congressional Republicans plan to hold a hearing tomorrow on discriminatory, anti-LGBT legislation. President Obama remains firmly committed to promoting and defending the equal rights of all Americans, including the rights of LGBT Americans.”

A coalition of 70 groups has called on Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) to cancel the hearing, which is set to take place on the one-month anniversary of the mass shooting at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Fla., claiming the lives of 49 people and wounding 53 others. The White House didn’t respond to a follow-up e-mail on whether the Obama administration agrees the hearing should be cancelled.
It should be cancelled

Black Lives Matter release a Statement

From Black Lives Matter:

The Black Lives Matter Network advocates for dignity, justice, and respect.

In the last few days, this country witnessed the recorded murders of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile at the hands of police, the latest victims in this country’s failed policing system. As we have done for decades, we marched and protested to highlight the urgent need to transform policing in America, to call for justice, transparency and accountability, and to demand that Black Lives Matter.

In Dallas, many gathered to do the same, joining in a day of action with friends, family and co-workers. Their efforts were cut short when a lone gunman targeted and attacked 11 police officers, killing five. This is a tragedy--both for those who have been impacted by yesterday’s attack and for our democracy. There are some who would use these events to stifle a movement for change and quicken the demise of a vibrant discourse on the human rights of Black people. We should reject all of this.

Black activists have raised the call for an end to violence, not an escalation of it. Yesterday’s attack was the result of the actions of a lone gunman. To assign the actions of one person to an entire movement is dangerous and irresponsible.

We continue our efforts to bring about a better world for all of us.

The Shooter identified as Micah Johnson

We know more about the shooter.

His name is Micah Xavier Johnson. He was 25 and a former solider. He wasn't affiliated with any groups and did this alone. Micah was mad at Black Lives Matter and mad at the police.

He wanted to kill white people, especially white cops. Some say that he was tired of the injustice and racial inequality, however he shouldn't acted in this manor.

Micah was wrong... He was wrong

The Quick Rundown of the Incident in Dallas

Last night was crazytown in Dallas. Sadly, four police officers and one DART officer were killed by snipers during a protest in downtown. There were also seven other officers and two civilians wounded as well.

The protests were peaceful and even the police thought things were going go good, however, once the shooting started, foolishness wasn't far behind.

Like this... Dallas PD "claimed "they found the suspect...

But he wasn't a suspect at all, and this irresponsibly caused the wingnuts and racists to go crazy. In fact, this is still up on Dallas PD's Twitter.

This guy's name is Mark Hughes and he's scared and hurt over this

They later captured the suspects, one of them is dead. Here's the report

The dead suspect said to the negotiator:
“The suspect said he was upset about Black Lives Matter. He said he was upset about the recent police shootings. The suspect said he was upset at white people. The suspect stated he wanted to kill white people, especially white officers. The suspect stated that we will eventually find the IEDs. The suspect stated that he was not affiliated with any groups and he stated that he did this alone. the suspect said other things that are part of this investigation so that we can make sure that everyone associated with this tragic event is brought to justice.”

Say His Name: Philando Castile

HRC Releases Statement on Shootings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile

Sulu is a gay dad in Star Trek Beyond

This is cool.

Hikaru Sulu, played by John Cho, will be gay in the Star Trek Beyond film. Sulu is a gay father with a loving partner. The director Justin Lin and writer Simon Pegg made Sulu gay as a nod to George Takei, who played the character in the original series.

I love it, I needed some good news today

Alton Sterling

The news is out Alton Sterling.

He was a black man who was shot several times while being held on the ground by two policemen outside a convenience store. They (the cops) came there because someone called 911 and said he had a gun.

Now, he wasn't waving it around and threatening folks. He was just selling DVDs.

Here's more
The video, obtained by CNN, shows another angle and was recorded closer to the shooting by one of two white Baton Rouge police officers who were answering a 911 report of a man with a gun. It is the second of two bystander videos that show the encounter. One posted online Tuesday night quickly sparked local protests and drew national attention.
In the new 38-second recording, Sterling is already on the ground, on his back. One officer is kneeling to Sterling's left. The other officer appears to be straddling Sterling's legs. Sterling can be seen from the chest up and his lower legs are also visible. His left arms and hands are not visible; his right arm is by his side.

After gunshots are heard, the camera pans to the right then back to Sterling, who has a large blood stain on his chest. The officer who was on his legs now lies on the pavement above Sterling's head, his gun pointed.

The officer radios for an ambulance. As Sterling moves his left arm toward his face and then his chest, the other officer appears to remove something from one of Sterling's right pockets. Baton Rouge Police Chief Carl Dabadie Jr. said Sterling was armed at the time he was killed and one witness said the officer removed a gun from Sterling's pocket.
Sterling, a 37-year-old man who sold CDs and DVDs outside the store, died of his wounds. The officers involved in Tuesday's shooting -- Blane Salamoni and Howie Lake II -- have been placed on administrative leave
.
He was killed by these cops and their body cams mysteriously fell off. I find this very interesting because of a few things... Alton's gun was legal and he had the right to carry it around. The person who called 911 should be questioned and brought in. In the video, you see the cops removed his gun from his pocket, so they were NOT in danger. They just killed him...

I'm not sharing the link or the video because it's horrific and I can't treat Alton's death as some sense of voyeurism.

I will only post Anton's family, because he was a family man.

The New Iron Man Is a Black Woman

Look out! There's a new Iron Man in town and her name is Riri Williams!

Riri is a 15-year-old genius who impresses Tony Stark so much that he ask her to be the new Iron Man.

TIME magazine asked Iron Man writer Brian Michael Bendis about the creation of Riri Williams:
Bendis: One of the things that stuck with me when I was working in Chicago a couple of years ago on a TV show that didn’t end up airing was the amount of chaos and violence. And this story of this brilliant, young woman whose life was marred by tragedy that could have easily ended her life—just random street violence—and went off to college was very inspiring to me. I thought that was the most modern version of a superhero or superheroine story I had ever heard. And I sat with it for awhile until I had the right character and the right place.

As we’ve been slowly and hopefully very organically adding all these new characters to the Marvel Universe, it just seemed that sort of violence inspiring a young hero to rise up and act, and using her science acumen, her natural born abilities that are still raw but so ahead of where even Tony Stark was at that age, was very exciting to me.
Cute, but I need for Marvel to get more diverse writers as well.

Cootie Queen Kim Davis violated the Kentucky Open Record Act

Kim Davis is back in mess

She violated the Kentucky Open Records Act by refusing to provide documents related to her legal battle last year against same-sex marriage.

The state Office of the Attorney General dropped this bomb yesterday, leaving Kim in a heap of trouble:
The Campaign for Accountability, a Washington nonprofit that says it works “to expose misconduct and malfeasance in public life,” emailed Davis a records request on March 1 for retainer agreements and attorney-client engagement agreements between her and Liberty Counsel, the religious advocacy group that represented her after she was sued for refusing to issue marriage licenses.

Anne Weismann, the Campaign for Accountability’s executive director, said Tuesday that she wants to learn more about Liberty Counsel, which inserted itself into debates over same-sex marriage and transgender bathroom use in several states by volunteering to represent public officials.

Responding for Davis, Liberty Counsel refused to comply with the records request. Among the legal exemptions it cited, Liberty Counsel said the documents requested are preliminary and therefore do not have to be disclosed, and they are private rather than public.

The Campaign for Accountability appealed to the attorney general, whose rulings on the Open Records Act carry the weight of law in Kentucky.

The attorney general’s office asked Liberty Counsel in May for permission to privately review the documents so it could decide whether the exemptions cited are relevant. However, Liberty Counsel refused to produce most of the documents even for a private review, violating the Open Records Act, the attorney general’s office said.

I went to Palm Springs

Hi all, I'm back from Palm Springs.

I took some time off with a guy pal of mine and we spent 5 great days in PS. We stayed at a clothing optional resort, where I took a huge risk and went nude. It was liberating and I felt quite sexy doing it.

We meet a lot of great people and had some "interesting" moments. I learned that many, many guys out there are Sugar Daddies, who doesn't mind dropping a dollar or two for a cute boy at their side. I tried not to judge, but it was a bit sad to see. However, there where old fashion gay couples and a few frisky single guys there as well.

It was super hot in Palm Springs, but I loved it. If you need to get away, be naughty or nude... Go to Palm Springs.
