Cute Cop wears Pink Hair to raise awareness about LGBT discrimination and Bullying

Toronto police officer Luke Wilson took a big stand this week. In order to get the word out about International Day of Pink, a day of events to “raise awareness to stop homophobia, transphobia, transmisogyny and all forms of bullying.” He dyed his hair pink.

Luke also went to the Day of Pink rally at Forest Hills Collegiate Institute in Toronto to celebrate the cause. As you can see from the numbers on the twitter post, Luke's pic went viral.

I saw this story on HuffPo and tweeted my appreciation to Ryan Willmer. What a fantastic role model and hero.
