Reasons why mixing religion and education is a tricky thing

In Columbus, Ohio, a Mount Vernon Middle School science teacher, John Freshwater will probably be fired for: one, preaching his Christian beliefs and two, for using some type of device to burn the image of a cross on students' arms.

Something, right? But it gets interesting.

Mr. Freshwater thinks he didn't do anything wrong. In fact, he's getting a lawyer to defend him. And students and colleagues are also defending him. The school received reports about his ways over time, but they ignored the reports.

I tell you, you have to wonder about these so called Christians. They seem to do more harm than good.
