Anti-Gay Kenneth Adkins gets Life in Prison for Child Molestation

Last week, I talked about this so called preacher named Kenneth Adkins. This fool not only dressed in drag to mock queer people, he also said that the victims of the Orlando massacre ‘got what they deserved’.

Well, Kenneth was arrested for child molestation over a week ago, but today he was sentenced to life in prison with probation after 35 years. Kenneth was found guilty of eight counts of child molestation of a young boy and girl.

It's interesting that this situation continues to happen. Anti-Gay preachers with dark issues. I'm sure his church members are beside themselves for believing this fraud.

I hope he suffers.

Ivanka Trump gets Shaded and Booed at International Summit

Ivanka Trump was booed at the Women's Summit in Berlin to create “positive change” for women in the United States.

Here's more:
“He encouraged me and enabled me to thrive,” she said on a panel with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. “I grew up in a house where there was no barrier to what I could accomplish beyond my own perseverance and my own tenacity.”

Miriam Meckel, editor of the German magazine Wirtschaftswoche, noted the audience’s response of groaning and hissing and asked Ivanka Trump whether her father is actually an “empowerer” of women.

"I've certainly heard the criticism from the media and that's been perpetuated,” Ivanka Trump said on the panel, “but I know from personal experience, and I think the thousands of women who have worked with and for my father for decades when he was in the private sector are a testament to his belief and solid conviction in the potential of women.”

Watch live: President Obama speaks in Chicago

Transcript of AP interview with trump should freak you out

AP published the transcript of trump's interview with AP White House Correspondent Julie Pace. This interview should be a wake up call that we have a nut in the white House

Here's a snippet of this messy interview
TRUMP: I'm rebuilding the military. We have great people. We have great things in place. We have tremendous borders. I mention the F-35 because if I can save $725 million — look at that, that's a massive amount of money. And I'll save more as we make more planes. If I can save that on a small number of planes — Gen. (Jim) Mattis (the defense secretary) said, "I've never seen anything like this," because he had to sign the ultimate (unintelligible) ... He had to sign the ultimate, you know. He said, "I've never seen anything like this before, as long as I've been in the military." You know, that kind of cutting.

AP: Right.

TRUMP: Now, if I can do that (unintelligible) ... As an example, the aircraft carriers, billions of dollars, the Gerald Ford, billions and billions over budget. That won't happen.

AP: Is that something you're going to take on?

TRUMP: (unintelligible) But as we order the other ones, because they want to order 12, the other ones are going to come in much less expensive. ...

AP: Can I ask you, over your first 100 days — you're not quite there yet — how do you feel like the office has changed you?

TRUMP: Well the one thing I would say — and I say this to people — I never realized how big it was. Everything's so (unintelligible) like, you know the orders are so massive. I was talking to —

AP: You mean the responsibility of it, or do you mean —

TRUMP: Number One, there's great responsibility. When it came time to, as an example, send out the 59 missiles, the Tomahawks in Syria. I'm saying to myself, "You know, this is more than just like, 79 (sic) missiles. This is death that's involved," because people could have been killed. This is risk that's involved, because if the missile goes off and goes in a city or goes in a civilian area — you know, the boats were hundreds of miles away — and if this missile goes off and lands in the middle of a town or a hamlet .... every decision is much harder than you'd normally make. (unintelligible) ... This is involving death and life and so many things. ... So it's far more responsibility. (unintelligible) ....The financial cost of everything is so massive, every agency. This is thousands of times bigger, the United States, than the biggest company in the world. The second-largest company in the world is the Defense Department. The third-largest company in the world is Social Security. The fourth-largest — you know, you go down the list.

Gay Men speak out about the Torture and Murder in Chechnya - WATCH

Is Bill O'Reilly about to get the Boot?

Well, well, well

Rumors are swirling about Fox News dropping Bill O'Reilly at the curb.

The Wall Street Journal reported that the network is ready let Bill go because of the numerous sexual harassment allegations. Fox executives are planning to announce this tea before Bill returns from vacation next Monday.

Also, word is Rupert Murdoch’s two sons, James and Lachlan are leading this decision. Here's more from NYMag:
Three sources with knowledge of the discussions said that, while no final decision has been made, the Murdochs are leaning toward announcing that O’Reilly will not return to the air. Sons James and Lachlan have been arguing that O’Reilly needs to go, say these sources, though their father, Rupert, has resisted that outcome.

The prospect of dumping O’Reilly — once unimaginable — has gained steam this week due in part to street protests outside Fox News headquarters and advertiser boycotts on O’Reilly’s air. One network insider said Fox executives are alarmed by the severity of the ad-revenue decline. “It’s worse than Glenn Beck,” the insider said, referring to the advertiser revolt that helped derail Beck’s Fox News career in 2011.

Another factor: the Murdochs’ pending $14 billion takeover of European pay-TV provider Sky. On May 16, the British media regulator Ofcom is set to judge whether the Murdochs are “fit and proper” to own such a large media property. Removing O’Reilly could appease critics and help close the Sky deal. (In 2011, the Murdochs abandoned their initial takeover offer for Sky after the London phone-hacking scandal.)

Meanwhile, the Murdochs are also dealing with a restive workplace. Female Fox News employees are growing increasingly frustrated that the Murdochs have not forcefully confronted the company’s culture of sexual harassment in the wake of removing Roger Ailes. “Morale is awful,” one Fox female executive told me yesterday, adding that employees are wondering if budgets have been cut to pay for sexual-harassment settlements. “There’s been no word from management to calm the masses.” (Spokespersons for 21st Century Fox and Fox News did not respond to a request for comment.)
Next week should be exciting in the Fox News space

Is Rebar NYC Discriminating against People of Color?

Black gay social media is buzzing about this NYC club.

According, several Black men discussed their experiences at Rebar NYC. Check it out:
Recently, there has been discussion across social media surrounding Rebar NYC, the new gay bar in Chelsea (situated in the spot where G Lounge once existed). It was not until just this weekend that we noticed a lot of talk about the venue with regard to its admissions policies and practices.

On numerous accounts, since the hangout spot has opened, there have been accusations of unfair, prejudice and even racist actions on behalf of the establishment. A bit of investigation lead us to multiple users with similar experiences over the span of a week, since the bar opened for business. According to the ongoing discussion surrounding Rebar NYC, the business is telling POC patrons who are waiting in line that capacity has been reached when, in fact, the bar is nowhere near its full occupancy limit. Many have speculated that, actually, the bar had reached its 'black limit.' This, on top of mounting discussions surrounding Rebar NYC's marketing strategy (see picture above) and how the new social venue is attempting to white wash out what little POC presence its predecessor, G Lounge, had.

After catching wind of these disturbing allegations against Rebar NYC, we decided to reach out to their management for a statement. A self identified manager of Rebar NYC said over the phone:

'We have no statement. The situation is not real... We're not going to give it credence at all...'

And when asked to expound upon 'the situation':

'We do not want to expand upon that. If we did, we would do it online.'

‘Survivor’ Contestant outed as Trans on TV

I haven't watched Survivor in YEARS, but the story here made me curious to check in.

Last night, Zeke Smith was outed as transgender by another competitor named, Jeff Varner.
During the tribal council, contestant Jeff Varner addressed host Jeff Probst.

"There is deception here. Deceptions on levels, Jeff, that these guys don't even understand," Varner said, before directing his line of questioning to 29-year-old Smith, an openly gay asset manager in Brooklyn. "Why haven't you told anyone that you're transgender?"

After backlash from the other contestants, Varner tried to defend himself.

"I argue for the rights of transgender people every day in the state of North Carolina," he said. "I would never say or do anything to hurt anyone here. Jeff, I'm arguing for my life. I feel like I've got to throw everything at the wall."

Varner was voted off the island anyway, but not before a final hug with Smith.

“Maybe there's someone who is a ‘Survivor’ fan, and me being outed on the show helps him or helps her or someone else, and so maybe this will lead to a greater good," Smith said.
Lord, so much drama.

Idiot King Sean Spicer did it AGAIN

Yesterday, the Mad Man Child said this during the Press Conference yesterday:
"You had someone who was despicable as Hitler who didn't even sink to using chemical weapons. So you have to, if you are Russia, ask yourself is this a country and a regime that you want to align yourself with."
Spicer tried to shade Russia's alliance with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his use of chemical weapons. Well, it didn't go well at all. Spicer was dragged all through the day by everyone.

Clearly, it was a stupid commitment and later he had to apologize for it.

But I had to add Jake Trapper's shade

In North Carolina, House GOP was to make Same-Sex Marriage Illegal again

Bigots never slept and apparently, never learn.

Four North Carolina House Republicans presented a bill to ignore a U.S. Supreme Court ruling and restore the state constitution’s ban on same-sex marriage.

This bill is known as the “Uphold Historical Marriage Act”

Here's more
The bill says that the 2015 U.S. Supreme Court ruling that legalized same-sex marriage across the country “is null and void in the State of North Carolina.” The sponsors argue in the bill language that it’s “clear that laws concerning marriage are for each state to establish and maintain severally and independently.”

The bill quotes the Christian Bible and says the ruling “exceeds the authority of the court relative to the decree of Almighty God that ‘a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh’ (Genesis 2:24, ESV) and abrogates the clear meaning and understanding of marriage in all societies throughout prior history.”

The bill would order state government to return to the constitutional amendment known as Amendment One, which was approved in a 2012 voter referendum. It also says that same-sex marriages performed in other states wouldn’t be recognized in North Carolina.
This won't pass, but my god, they stay hateful

100 gay men were sent to prison camps in Chechnya

Reports everywhere are saying that gay men are being held in camps in the Chechen Republic, where they are being tortured and beaten.

At least 100 gay men had been rounded up and imprisoned in Chechnya, some have been killed.

The Independent wrote:

Some detainees told Novaya Gazeta they were tortured and electrocuted while they were imprisoned, and others described seeing prisoners beaten to death.

“You cannot detain and persecute people who simply do not exist in the republic,” he told the Interfax news agency.

“If there were such people in Chechnya, the law-enforcement organs wouldn’t need to have anything to do with them because their relatives would send them somewhere from which there is no returning.”

However, victims told the paper they were beaten with sticks, forced to sit on bottles and had their hands electrocuted.
One said he had been kept near a building where the authorities were holding suspected militants who had fought in Syria or those suspected of being in touch with jihadi fighters.

“Several times a day we were taken out and beaten,” he said. “Their main aim was to find out your circle of contacts — in their minds if you are a suspect then your circle of contacts are all gay. They kept our phones switched on. Any man who calls or texts is a new target."

The detainee also described being beaten with a plastic pipe: “They always hit us below the waist — on the thighs, the buttocks, the loins. They said we were dogs who had no right to life.”

Another victim described how one man was arrested for possession of drugs when police found pornography on his phone and used his contacts list to find other homosexuals.

Anti-Gay Pastor guilty of 8 charges in child molestation case

Anti-Gay Pastor Ken Adkins who dressed in drag to protest LGBT rights was found GUILTY on 8 child molestation charges.

Here's more
In a matter of an hour, a jury of three men and nine women found Kenneth Adkins guilty Monday of eight child molestation-related charges stemming from his sexual relationship with a teenage girl and boy at his church seven years ago.

The controversial, anti-gay pastor showed no emotion as the verdict was read. He will be sentenced April 25. Georgia has strict mandatory minimum sentencing laws; and because Adkins, 57, has a prior record, there’s a possibility he will never again be a free man.

Adkins’ attorney said once his client is sentenced, he’ll file paperwork for a new trial. Kevin Gough maintains the state deliberately withheld pertinent evidence that could have called into question the mental stability of Adkins’ accuser.

That accuser’s mother left the courtroom Monday in tears. Though not wishing to make a formal statement, she expressed her relief that the trial was over and that in the end her son was believed.

United Airlines forcibly removed a passenger because they Overbooked

OMG, did y'all hear about this? I guess security, cops or goons forcibly removed from the plane. Over the weekend, United Airlines asked for four volunteers to give up their seats, so four of the crew members could fly back. They were offering $800 vouchers to anyone, but no one volunteered, so airline officials chose four passengers to be removed from the flight.

And this is what happened

Three men grab the passenger and drags him by his arms toward the front of the plane. The poor man was knocked out by this incident.

The video quickly made its way around the internet and social media.

At first, United Airlines said:
"Flight 3411 from Chicago to Louisville was overbooked. After our team looked for volunteers, one customer refused to leave the aircraft voluntarily and law enforcement was asked to come to the gate. We apologize for the overbook situation. Further details on the removed customer should be directed to authorities."

Well, that didn't fly so the CEO responded

NOM celebrates Neil Gorsuch Confirmation

Well, the GOP confirmed Neil Gorsuch for the Supreme Court, using dirty and slimy tactics. Neil isn't the ideal person for the job, however NOM thinks he is.

Here's the celebratory letter about him:

Marriage Supporter — I've got some great news -- Neil Gorsuch has just been confirmed by the Senate as the newest member of the US Supreme Court!

We did it! Thanks to you and so many NOM members and conservative activists across the country, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell was able to muster the votes to change Senate rules to allow the Gorsuch confirmation to move forward, and Justice Gorsuch won a bipartisan majority. He now will join the Supreme Court as a worthy successor to the late, great Antonin Scalia.

This development is a huge boost for NOM and for the prospects of restoring true marriage to our nation's laws by reversing the illegitimate, anti-constitutional Obergefell ruling of 2015 redefining marriage. Justice Gorsuch shares Justice Scalia's judicial philosophy and we are confident he will rule to overturn the illegitimate marriage decision.

That means we are likely only one vote short of reinstating marriage in our nation, with rumors flying that another Court vacancy could occur soon with the retirement of one of the justices who voted to redefine marriage!

I am so grateful to the nearly 10,000 NOM members who grabbed an oar and actively worked with us to support Justice Gorsuch's confirmation. Please join me in praying for him, and for all the judges on the Supreme Court, that they be given wisdom and discernment to rule on cases based on the law and the constitution as it exists, not based on their own personal opinion of what the law and constitution should be.

This great victory shows what we can accomplish together. I look forward to many more victories this year, and in years to come!

trump at Mar-A-Lago, chilling on Wedding Reception Chairs watching the Syrian Strike

Lord, this pic

Here's more
President Donald Trump was complimenting the wife of Chinese President Xi Jinping over steak dinner on Thursday as his military prepared to fire dozens of cruise missiles into Syria. Shortly after laughing with Xi in the ornate, candle-lit dining room of his Mar-a-Lago resort, Trump made a televised address in front of a hastily assembled backdrop to say he had ordered a surprise strike on a Syrian airfield.

Trump arrived at Mar-a-Lago at about 3:15 p.m. New York time. Shortly thereafter, three groups of military and national security officials were gathered and linked via video conference to discuss military options against Syria. Trump and more than a dozen of his aides crowded into a small, plain room at Mar-a-Lago, where they sat on wedding reception chairs for a video conference on the Syria strike.

Maxine Waters: Bill 'O'Reilly Needs To Go To Jail'

Devin Nunes Steps Aside from Russia probe

Rep. Devin Nunes is stepping aside from the Russia investigation by the House intelligence committee because (drumroll) he is under investigation by the House Ethics Committee for disclosing intelligence without proper authorization.

Here's more
"The charges are entirely false and politically motivated, and are being leveled just as the American people are beginning to learn the truth about the improper unmasking of the identities of U.S. citizens and other abuses of power," Nunes said in a statement, adding that the allegations against him are "baseless."
Nunes said in a hastily arranged press conference last month he had come into possession of classified information showing Trump transition team members were "incidentally collected" by U.S. intelligence agencies during their surveillance of foreign targets and improperly "unmasked." Nunes made his claim following a late-night trip to the White House where he reportedly met with senior administration officials who played a role in giving him classified information. (Nunes maintains they were not his original source.) Nunes was criticized for briefing the president—who is under investigation by his panel—before his own committee’s members, and Democrats on the panel quickly began to question the independence of the probe.

Rep. Mike Conaway, a Republican, will take Nunes's position as the leader of the committee’s investigation into Russia as the Ethics Committee begins its work. This responsibility will be shared with Reps. Trey Gowdy and Tom Rooney, who are other Republicans on the panel.

Pepsi's Messy Ass Kendall Jenner Ad

Watch this Pepsi ad

When I saw this, I was like... "Really, Pepsi, really?"

This ad was messy and completely tone-deaf. I mean, you basically had this white woman save the day by handing the cops a Pepsi.

Not only that, but the messages all up and through this ad.

  • Being pretty and white
  • Passing off a wig to a Black woman, basically saying that "She can't help me, but she can hold my wig as "I" save the world.
  • White savior
  • Only a white woman can save the day
Once this ad was released, it was met the most appropriate backlash. Social media came for Pepsi and their decision to release this ad. And less than a day later, Pepsi pulled the ad.

Pepsi said:
"Pepsi was trying to project a global a message of unity, peace and understanding," said a Wednesday statement. "Clearly, we missed the mark, and we apologize. We did not intend to make light of any serious issue. We are pulling the content and halting any further rollout. We also apologize for putting Kendall Jenner in this position."
Well, hire some people of color and maybe you won't get into this mess again.

Steve Bannon removed from National Security Council

Shake up in trump's National Security Council!

Steve Bannon has been removed from National Security Council and they downgraded the role of homeland security adviser Tom Bossert.

Here's more
National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster was given responsibility for setting the agenda for meetings of the NSC or the Homeland Security Council, and was authorized to delegate that authority to Bossert, at his discretion, according to the filing.

Under the move, the national intelligence director, Dan Coats, and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Marine Corps General Joseph Dunford, are again "regular attendees" of the NSC’s principals committee.

Bannon, the former executive chairman of Breitbart News, was elevated to the National Security Council’s principals committee at the beginning of Trump’s presidency. The move drew criticism from some members of Congress and Washington’s foreign policy establishment.

A White House official said that Bannon was placed on the committee in part to monitor Trump’s first national security adviser, Michael Flynn, and never attended a meeting. He’s no longer needed with McMaster in charge of the council, the official said.

Mercedes-Benz pulls ads from Bill O'Reilly's show after Sexual Harassment Allegations

We all know that Bill O'Reilly is a jerk of all jerks. But I wasn't aware that he was a sexual predator.

Over the weekend, The New York Times reported that Fox News and Bill paid out $13 million to women who accused him of harassment: verbal, physical and sexual.

Around 7 women reported unwanted advances from Bill. Seven women! Because of this news, Fox News has been turning over backwards to cover this story, but it's not working.

The effect of this drama has taken flight and the first strike comes from Mercedes-Benz:
Mercedes-Benz has reportedly pulled its ads from The O'Reilly Factor's time slot following allegations of sexual harassment against Fox News' ratings king.

"We had advertising running on The O'Reilly Factor (we run on most major cable news shows) and it has been reassigned in the midst of this controversy," a Mercedes-Benz spokesperson told CNN's Tom Kludt.

The automaker did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
I hope there are others to follow suit.

RNC release Empowering 'WHITE' Women videos

They should call this, Empowering White Women.

Lord, this press release is a joke, but see it for yourself
Today the Republican National Committee (RNC) released a video series entitled “Empowering Women,” highlighting several women leading the Republican party and celebrating the culmination of Women’s History Month.

The series focuses on the challenges and accomplishments women in the GOP have faced, and the advice they would give to the next generation of Republican women. The videos feature Kellyanne Conway, Linda McMahon, Congressman Marsha Blackburn, RNC Chief of Staff Sara Armstrong, and RNC Chief Operating Officer Maggie Boyd.

“For years the Republican party has worked to elevate the brightest and most talented minds to leadership roles, and these impressive women represent that success,” said RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel.

“We are committed to working together to engage, educate, and empower women, and to use our voices to drive the conversation as we embrace the next generation of leaders who will shape the future of our country.”

trump Administration Excludes from the 2020 Census

The Fake Administration continues their foolish journey.

According to OUT magazine, they excluded LGBTQ folks from the list of data categories it will collect for the 2020 Census and the American Community Survey (ACS).

Here's more:
Although “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” were proposed subjects in the appendix, today’s version of the report excluded LGBTQ people from the list of subjects for the Census and ACS. A subsequent notice issued by the U.S. Census described the original inclusion of LGBTQ categories as inadvertent. In response, GLAAD's CEO, Sarah Kate Ellis, branded the movie as a "systematic effort on behalf of the Trump administrationn to erase LGBT people."

Last year, various federal agencies urged the Census Bureau to include sexual orientation and gender in their data as it was crucial to their role in enforcing the law. The current census only allows for a snapshot of same-sex households, but Democrats in Congress had pushed for more indepth questions around sexual orientation and gender identity to improve results. The logic was simple: With more focused questions law makers would be better equipped to ensure appropriate legislation to improve the lives of LGBTQ citizens.

Although the Supreme Court, in 2013, struck down the Defense of Marriage Act, paving the way for the census to change the way it tracks same-sex households, the White House has sent yet another powerful signal that it considers LGBTQ rights as frivolous.

TIME: Is Truth Dead?

Wow, TIME is going there.

This is their latest cover and here's their explanation:
Generations of American children have learned the apocryphal tale of young George Washington, bravely admitting to his father that he chopped down the cherry tree. The story sprang from a culture that wanted even its fables to serve the ideal of truth. By that standard, the House Intelligence Committee hearing on March 20 should have been a massive humiliation for the President, who followed Washington 228 years later. It is rare for such hearings to be unclassified–and thus televised–but FBI Director James Comey found the largest possible audience for his rebuke of the sitting President.

He had given Donald Trump nearly three weeks to walk back his incendiary tweets accusing President Obama of “wire tapping” Trump Tower during the campaign. If such surveillance had been done through legal channels, the FBI would have known; if done illegally, it was a scandal of historic proportions and the FBI should be digging into it. Either way, Trump’s accusation implicated the integrity of Comey’s bureau, which is why the former prosecutor felt compelled to push back as the cameras rolled. “I have no information that supports those tweets,” Comey said. “We have looked carefully inside the FBI. The Department of Justice has asked me to share with you that the answer is the same.”

The statement was concise, direct and damning. The President of the United States had been marked as a fabulist by one of the top officials in government charged with finding the truth. And yet, for the man being called out, the rebuke was nothing of the sort.

Why is Rick Perry meddling in the election of Texas A&M SGA

Can somebody explain to me why Rick Perry is questioning the election of the student body president?

Especially, since the winner is the first gay person to do so?

Here's more
In an op-ed in the Houston Chronicle, Perry argues that the rightful winner of the Texas A&M student body election was disqualified due to anonymous charges of voter intimidation and for failing to disclose the receipt for glow sticks used in a campaign Facebook video.

“Brooks did not win the election. He finished second by more than 750 votes to one Mr. Robert McIntosh,” Perry wrote, referring to Bobby Brooks, the election runner-up who assumed the post as president.

Brooks is the first openly gay man to serve as the school’s president.

“However, McIntosh was disqualified by the SGA Election Commission and Judicial Court through a process that — at best — made a mockery of due process and transparency.”

McIntosh, Perry says, was acquitted of the voter intimidation charges following an appeal, though the glow stick charges stuck. Many of the voter intimidation complaints were found to be from people who backed Brooks, Perry said.
Perry in the op-ed said the school’s Board of Regents was never made aware of the accusations of voter intimidation. The former Texas governor claimed the university is “choosing preferred outcomes over equal treatment.”
Why is he up in their business like this? He needs to learn how to do his new job that he's unqualified for.

White Folks are losing hope in trump

According to today's Quinnipiac University national poll, trump is losing support among Republicans, white voters and men, leaving him with a negative 37 - 56 percent job approval rating.

Here's more:

Today's job approval rating compares to a negative 41 - 52 percent approval rating in a March 7 survey by the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pe-ack) University.

President Trump is losing support among key elements of his base:
Men disapprove 43 - 52 percent, compared to a 49 - 45 percent approval March 7;
Republicans approve 81 - 14 percent, compared to 91 - 5 percent two weeks ago;
White voters disapprove 44 - 50 percent, compared to a narrow 49 - 45 percent approval March 7.
Disapproval is 60 - 31 percent among women, 90 - 6 percent among Democrats, 60 - 31 percent among independent voters and 75 - 16 percent among non-white voters.

American voters' opinions of some of Trump's personal qualities hit new lows:
60 - 35 percent that he is not honest, compared to 55 - 39 not honest March 7;
55 - 40 percent that he does not have good leadership skills;
57 - 40 percent that he does not care about average Americans;
66 - 30 percent that he is not level-headed;
66 - 30 percent that he is a strong person;
59 - 36 percent that he is intelligent;

"Although taking a beating, he keeps on tweeting to the point where even his fiercely loyal base appears to be eroding," said Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Poll.

"Most alarming for President Donald Trump, the demographic underpinnings of his support, Republicans, white voters, especially men and those without a college degree, are starting to have doubts."

This is great news

Anti-trump Billboard pops up in Arizona

Have y'all heard about this?

In Phoenix, Arizona, this billboard is standing on high in their downtown area.

Artist Karen Fiorito created it and boy, is she causing a commotion. The billboard is art and it was commissioned by a Phoenix art gallery in January to focus on trump’s administration.

The billboard went up on Friday afternoon and quickly, Karen got feedback and death threats. Personally, I give her credit to do this in Arizona. I mean, it's Arizona, trump's base state.

Kudos to Karen.

Is YouTube restricting Queer Content?

What is YouTube doing?

It looks like YouTube is restricting several popular queer YouTube vloggers. In fact, many of them are under the site's "restricted mode".

So what is "restricted mode?" Well, it enables users to filter out "potentially objectionable content," or not "family-friendly" stuff.

Here's more from queer vlogger, Rowan Ellis

Trump’s State Campaign Chairman found with a Young Trick at a Hotel

Lord, this tea...

Trump’s state campaign chairman State Sen. Ralph Shortey was found in a hotel room with a teenage boy! Yes, he found this guy on Craigslist and this is what went down.
Shortey, using the screen name “Jamie Tilley,” responded: “How much you needing?” “I need money for spring break,” the boy answered. “Tilley” responded, “I don’t really have any legitimate things I need help right now. Would you be interested in ‘sexual’ stuff?”

Police were told the teenage boy had a history of drug abuse and “soliciting himself on Craigslist for sexual conduct.” Police launched the investigation after being called by the boy’s father, who had been contacted by his son’s girlfriend.

Appeals court says F**k You to trump's original travel ban

More great news!

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals said that they will not rehear the case on trump’s original travel ban

The Hill reports
A judge on the appeals court requested last month that the entire 11-judge court vote on whether to assess the three-judge panel’s decision to uphold a temporary block on Trump's original executive order, put in place by a federal judge in Seattle.

Five judges on the court dissented, arguing the panel’s opinion should have been vacated “to clear the path for future relitigation."

One of the dissenting opinions criticized Trump's personal attacks against judges involved in the case.

“The personal attacks on the distinguished district judge and our colleagues were out of all bounds of civic and persuasive discourse—particularly when they came from the parties,” the opinion said. “It does no credit to the arguments of the parties to impugn the motives or the competence of the members of this court; ad hominem attacks are not a substitute for effective advocacy.”
trump already had a set back with his travel ban, U.S. District Judge Derrick Watson of Hawaii has put his revised travel ban on hold.

Face it, this travel ban is a bust

Transgender Women of Color to Rally on National Day of Action to End Violence

WASHINGTON, D.C., March 15, 2017—Today, the National LGBTQ Task Force is joining LGBTQ advocates in a National Day of Action to End Violence Against Transgender Women of Color. Since the beginning of the year, seven transgender women of color have been murdered across the country. In Washington, D.C. and elsewhere, hate crimes targeting transgender women have skyrocketed since the election of Donald Trump.

“Over 55 transgender and gender non-conforming people have been murdered since the start of 2015, the vast majority of whom were transgender women of color, and there seems to be no end in sight. We are in the midst of a national epidemic of violence targeting transgender women, and instead of using every tool in their power to end it, the Trump administration is spewing hate, intolerance, and discrimination. We must honor the lives of transgender women of color who’ve been murdered and we must continue the resistance against Trump’s agenda,” said Victoria Rodriguez-Roldan, Trans/Gender Non-Conforming Justice Project Director, National LGBTQ Task Force.

WHAT: Day of Action to End Violence Against Transgender Women of Color

WHEN: Tonight, Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

WHERE: Freedom Plaza, 14th St. & Pennsylvania Ave. N.W., Washington, D.C.

House Intel Chair Says There's No Evidence Of Trump's Wiretapping Allegations

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes said on Wednesday that the committee has seen no evidence supporting President Trump's claim that Barack Obama ordered a wiretap of Trump Tower last year.

But we knew that

Interesting Quote: Chris Evans

"I feel rage .I feel fury. It's unbelievable. People were just so desperate to hear someone say that someone is to blame. They were just so happy to hear that someone was angry. Hear someone say that Washington sucks. They just want something new without actually understanding. I mean, guys like Steve Bannon—Steve Bannon!—this man has no place in politics. Look, I'm in a business where you've got to sell tickets. But, my God, I would not be able to look at myself in the mirror if I felt strongly about something and didn't speak up. I think it's about how you speak up. We're allowed to disagree. If I state my case and people don't want to go see my movies as a result, I'm okay with that."

Steve King thinks the Race War will be Between Blacks and Latinos

This crackhead thinks the race war will be fought by Blacks and Latinos.

See here:
CNN’s Chris Massie reported on Tuesday that the Iowa Republican predicted a race war between blacks and Hispanics before one of the groups overtakes whites as a percentage of the population of the U.S.

“When you start accentuating the differences, then you start ending up with people that are at each other’s throats,” Rep. King contended, as he targeted liberal Univision anchor Jorge Ramos. “[Ramos is] adding up Hispanics and blacks into what he predicts will be in greater number than whites in America. I will predict that Hispanics and the blacks will be fighting each other before that happens.”

This is right after his dumb ass tweet, saying “we can’t restore our civilization with somebody else’s babies.”

CBO confirms that trumpcare will leave 24 Million in Shambles

So Trumpcare is looking to be a disaster.

The Congressional Budget Office said that 24 million people would lose their coverage by 2026.

This really hits the middle class and anyone lower than that. And here's the tea, this knocks out most of trump's core base.

Vox has more
In its report, the CBO outlined another alarming effect on health: If implemented, the GOP’s American Health Care Act would kill the funding that established the Prevention and Public Health Fund, the federal budget’s largest budget allocation for disease prevention, by 2019.

“Funding under current law [Obamacare] is projected to be $1 billion in 2017 and to rise to $2 billion in 2025 and each year thereafter,” the CBO report says. “CBO estimates that eliminating that funding would reduce direct spending by $9 billion over the 2017-2026 period.” This assessment “fails to take into account that these dollars will have to be replaced through the regular appropriations process,” the American Public Health Association pointed out in a statement, calling this a “health policy disaster.”

The ACA established the Prevention and Public Health Fund with a simple mission: to boost public health money, much of it for the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to support activities that keep people from becoming sick. (At a time when more Americans would be gaining insurance, keeping people healthy and out of the health care system carried extra appeal for lawmakers.)

The Prevention Fund helps kids and their families get the vaccines they need. It supports programs that reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, and lead poisoning in communities. “It also pays for key elements of the emergency preparedness systems that are in place throughout the nation,” explained John Auerbach, president and CEO of the public health nonprofit the Trust for America’s Health, “including the people who respond quickly when there is a weather disaster, a new infectious disease outbreak like Zika or an elevated number of fatal drug overdoses.”
Lord, these folks are doomed

Looking at the Dark Side of Fundamentalist Rural America

This article is pretty good and sadly truthful about the Rural America. Here's a piece from the article to give you an idea:
In deep-red America, the white Christian god is king, figuratively and literally. Religious fundamentalism has shaped most of their belief systems. Systems built on a fundamentalist framework are not conducive to introspection, questioning, learning, or change. When you have a belief system built on fundamentalism, it isn’t open to outside criticism, especially by anyone not a member of your tribe and in a position of power. The problem isn’t that coastal elites don’t understand rural Americans. The problem is that rural America doesn’t understand itself and will never listen to anyone outside its bubble. It doesn’t matter how “understanding” you are, how well you listen, what language you use…if you are viewed as an outsider, your views will be automatically discounted. I’ve had hundreds of discussions with rural white Americans and whenever I present them any information that contradicts their entrenched beliefs, no matter how sound, how unquestionable, how obvious, they will not even entertain the possibility that it might be true. Their refusal is a result of the nature of their fundamentalist belief system and the fact that I’m the enemy because I’m an educated liberal.
Check it out. It's on point

WikiLeaks plans to give details on CIA hacking to Tech Companies

WikiLeaks trash leader Julian Assange is giving details about the CIA's hacking tools to tech companies so they can patch security holes.

Here's more
Assange made the offer during a press conference Thursday. He said WikiLeaks has "a lot" of unpublished information about CIA hacking and spying that the organization would release after the tech companies fix security gaps.

Earlier this week, WikiLeaks published what it said were internal CIA documents showing that the agency has an extensive worldwide hacking operation that allows it to infiltrate phones and televisions to spy on people.

Apple and Google said shortly after the documents were published that they have already eliminated many of the potential vulnerabilities. Samsung and Microsoft said they were aware of the leaks and looking into them.
Why haven't they put Assange in prison? This man is the most vile crook in the game. I wish he would get locked up somewhere

Whatever Happened to Jaye Davidson?

I was watching The Crying Game the other day and I was wondering... Whatever happened to Jaye Davidson?

Jaye played Dil in the film and was nominated for an Oscar. I was always obsessed with him and I loved his androgynous look.

Well, I just learned that Jaye retired from acting. He's in Paris, just living life. Here's more from Wikipedia:
At the time of his short acting career, he said that his androgynous look alienated him within the gay community, saying "Homosexual men love very masculine men. And I'm not a very masculine person. I'm reasonably thin. I have long hair, which isn't very popular with gay men." He later adopted a more masculine look, with a shaved head, tattoos and more developed physique.
This is him now

7 Trans Women have been Murdered in 2017

Here's the latest on the trans murders in 2017
Ciara McElveen, was found stabbed to death on Monday in New Orleans 7th Ward. That homicide came only two days after another black transgender woman, Chyna Gibson, was shot and killed in New Orleans on Feb. 25, the Anti-Violence Project reports.

In Monroe, Lousiana Jaquarrius Holland was found murdered on Feb. 19, the Anti-Violence Project reports.

In Chicago, Keke Collier, also known to friends as Tiara Richmond, was shot to death on Feb. 22 while walking near her home in Chicago.

Earlier homicides involving transgender victims occurred Jan. 4, with the death of Mesha Caldwell, in Canton, Mississippi; the Jan. 6 death of Jamie Lee Wounded Arrow, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and the Feb. 8 death of Jojo Striker, in Toledo, Ohio, according to data provided to Hatewatch by the Anti-Violence Project.

McElveen’s murder brings transgender killings up to the numbers reported at the same time last year, with transgender women targeted at a slightly higher rate than in previous years.

Because Ciara McElveen and Chyna Doll Dupree were killed in Louisiana, a state with hate crime laws that do not offer protections for gender identity, it is unlikely the charge will be pursued without federal support for the investigation. Keke Collier’s murder is the only one of the six carried out in a state with hate crime laws that protect transgender people.
Stop killing our sisters

Interesting Quote: Gavin Grimm

This case will not be resolved until after I graduate. But this fight is bigger than me. I came to realize that very early on, and it is truer now than it ever has been. This fight is for other trans youth in my high school. It is for other trans youth in Virginia. It is for all trans youth who are in school or one day will be. It is for the friends and loved ones of these youth, who want these children to be happy and healthy, rather than at risk and in danger as so many trans people are.

READ trump's new Travel Ban Executive Order

SCOTUS Won’t Hear Case on Trans Students Rights

When trump changed the position on Trans students using bathrooms of their gender identities, we hoped that SCOTUS would set it straight.

Well, they didn't. SCOTUS won't hear the case. They vacated an appeal’s court decision in favor of a transgender boy, Gavin Grimm, and sent the case back for further consideration.

Here's more from NYT:
The Supreme Court had agreed to hear the case in October, and it had been scheduled to be argued this month. It would have been the court’s first encounter with transgender rights, and there was a good chance the case would have been one of a fairly sleepy term’s biggest decisions.

The question in the case was whether Mr. Grimm could use the boys’ bathroom in a Virginia high school. There are other cases on transgender rights in the pipeline, including a challenge to a North Carolina law that requires transgender people to use bathrooms in government buildings that correspond with the gender listed on their birth certificates. The law has drawn protests, boycotts and lawsuits.

The Virginia case concerned the Obama administration’s interpretation of a federal regulation under a 1972 law that bans discrimination “on the basis of sex” in schools that receive federal money.

Interesting Quote: Trevante Rhodes

“It talks about a subject matter that is so prevalent today. Being a black man in American is relatively difficult right now, being a gay man in America is incredibly difficult and so being a black, gay man, like I’ve said before, can be perceived as the worst possible thing right now. So it is something that we need, that the world needs, and I’m thinking it’s a beautiful thing that people are receiving it. I didn’t think we were ready for something like that. And it’s really surprising and really refreshing to me to see that people are.”

Sessions wants to Stop probing Bad Police Departments

This is why Session has to go!

He's pulling back the federal scrutiny of police departments for civil rights violations against people of color.

Here's more
"Rather than dictating to local police how to do their jobs, or spending scarce federal resources to sue them in court, we should use our money, research, and expertise to help them figure out what is happening and determine the best ways to fight crime," Sessions said Tuesday.

Sessions is referring to the Obama-era policy of launching civil rights investigations into troubled police departments involved in the killings of unarmed minorities. The new attorney general was dismissive of police perpetrated shootings, even suggesting that viral videos—such as the ones showing the deaths of Philando Castile or Tamir Rice—were making life more difficult for police officers.
He's basically saying that the cops can continue killing, framing and wrongly accusing people of color of crimes they never committed. Session will send the message that it's okay to degrade Black and Brown bodies in the name of their blue fraternity.

This is such a bad idea and opening a door to more mess.

Jeff Sessions recuses himself from Russia investigations

Fresh tea!

All yesterday and today, Jeff Session has been in the hot seat about his communications with Russia. After many called for him to Attorney General Jeff Sessions to step away from the investigation of trump's ties to Russia, he finally recused himself.

CNN reports:
Sessions made the decision after it emerged that he had failed at his Senate confirmation hearing to disclose two pre-election meetings with Moscow's ambassador to Washington, at a time when Russia was accused of interfering in the presidential race.

"I have decided to recuse myself from any existing or future investigations of any matters related in any way to the campaigns for President of the United States," Sessions told reporters.

"This announcement should not be interpreted as confirmation of the existence of any investigation or suggestive of the scope of any such investigation," he added.

National LGBTQ Task Force responds to trump's Joint Address

“Donald Trump’s address to Congress vividly illustrates just how out of touch he is with the reality of people’s lives. In his world, everything he does is ‘great’, when the reality is that his policies are causing pain, suffering, and uncertainty for millions, and most often for the most vulnerable. In just 40 days, he has aggressively used his executive powers to demonize and dehumanize immigrants, Muslims, and trans youth — and he’s just getting started. One thing that is certain though is that every time he opens his mouth, more people want to join the resistance movement against his extremism,” said Rea Carey, Executive Director, National LGBTQ Task Force.
