Who Asked for This?: Titanic 2

That's it! I'm shutting some of these movie studio down!

Somebody has actually finished the movie... Titanic 2! No joke!

The Asylum, the direct-to-dvd production company responsible for producing cheap knock-offs of the latest big budget Hollywood movies (termed “Knockbusters) has just finished production on Titanic 2.

And here's the plot synopsis...
On the 100th anniversary of the original voyage, a modern luxury liner christened “Titanic 2,” follows the path of its namesake. But when a tsunami hurls an ice berg into the new ship’s path, the passengers and crew must fight to avoid a similar fate.
If this can get made, my movie can get made too.

Wow... A luxury liner vs a tsunami AND an iceberg!

I could just see someone pitching the money to a bunch of fat guys with cigars, screaming about how EPIC it's going to be.

Y'know what? That is just shameless.

Sweetheart, Asylum is famous for making terrible movies. Including the famous Megashark Vs. Giant Octopus of yesteryear. The special effects are laughable, it's not even B movies quality. Even Syfy occasionally pick them up, they're not worth watching.

Oh boy. I wasn't a fan of the original and the storyline for Titanic 2 sounds far fetched and simply bad!
