Same-Sex Couples can get their Marriage Licenses in Rowan County - VIDEO



Today, the deputy clerks in Rowan County issued marriage licenses to same-sex couples! James Yates and William Smith Jr. finally got their license after multiple times





Michael and Timothy Long were the 2nd couple to get their license.


And Kim is still in jail
