Marco Rubio succeeds in Blocking a Black Gay Judicial Nominee
This bastard!
Looks like Marco Rubio has won the battle to keep the first Black gay man from being a Federal judge.
Judge William Thomas would've made history, but Marco continuously blocked him. Because of Marco, the White House will not resubmit him.
Now, why is Marco so determined to keep Judge Thomas away from the position? Especially, when he recommended William? Well, Marco claims there are concerns, but none of those concerns are damaging or disgraceful. I think it has to do with his sexuality. I know I have no proof, but this is Marco Rubio. That bastard will do anything to be seen.
It's a shame that the White House has given up on Judge Thomas. Hopefully, he will get another chance.

Marco Rubio has a habit of saying eh's gonna do something, working for something, and then changing his mind suddenly.
And I thought Mittsy was the ultimate Flip-Flopper.
Marco Rubio is an example of someone always searching for the validation of Republican white males. When the majority of Republican males in the U.S. Senate said "no", he liked the lapdog he is will go against himself to seek their validation He is pathetic because he was the one that recommended this guy's appointment...
Once again, President Obama ought to have the fortitude to reappoint this guy again.
