There is something going on with him definitely.
If he can't see it, that's part of the problem.
I'm taking a punt on gender transition.
Given the very non male normative features I'm seeing. I think he's going to transition.
He's transitioning. I would have said "going to" but he's had the Adam's apple surgery done, which was the tip off.
No big deal. Transitioning is always a work in progress and that's what we're seeing here.
