This is interesting to say the least.
At the Television Critics Association, CW president Mark Pedowitz announced that the Wonder Woman prequel is dead... For now? Yes, for now.
He said:
"We did not go forward with it.It all depends on the script. We were very careful with Arrow and we're being very careful with Flash. These are iconic characters so we're going to be very careful with Wonder Woman. You only get one shot before you get bit."But what about the movie version of Diana? Interesting how that wasn't even mentioned.
And I love how Flash is a big deal, but WW isn't really worth the risk. Sometimes, I think WB/DC need a clean house of folks and ideas.
More to come

Completely agree with you.
Did you really want WW in the hands of the CW? They have become a tweener network - their cast are beautiful but the stories weak and unrelatable unless you're in jr high.
It's best if the CW doesn't have anything to do with Wonder Woman. They made The Huntress someone who kills government agents when she only attacks crooked cops in the comics. For all we know, they might have WW as Diana crawling under a desk eating ice cream or something like that.
