The 9 Wrestlers that Fulfilled my Teen Dreams
Back in the day, I used to watch wrestling. But not for the fights or show, just for my teen lust-ridden fantasies. OMG, I can't tell you the thoughts that ran through my mind every Saturday afternoon. Especially, when I saw these particular guys.
Check them out after the jump and if you were like me, maybe some of these guys filled you up with crazy ass fantasies too.

A Teen Murdered another Teen because of Gay Panic
A day after a missing Pearland teenager was found dead, a classmate has been accused of beating him to death.
Authorities now say that Joshua Wilkerson, 18, was beaten with a large wooden rod and that his body was burned. Hermilio Moralez, 19, is charged with murder in Wilkerson's death.
We are told by police that Moralez knew Wilkerson for about five years, that they were friends and that he often received rides home from school from Wilkerson. Now Moralez is in jail, accused of killing his own friend. "While this is not the end that we had hoped for, we had to know something. They have helped us to bring a little sense of closure for us," said Laura Wilkerson, Joshua's mother.
As she thanked the community for helping locate her son's body, we are learning more about the suspect. He was arrested Tuesday, allegedly roaming near the crime scene. Authorities say after initially refusing to identify himself, he claimed he had struck Wilkerson with a piece of wood after the teen made advances towards him. According to court documents, Wilkerson gave Moralez a ride home from school Tuesday and Moralez stated that Wilkerson began to make sexual advances towards him. Moralez said they got out of the truck and began to fight when Wilkerson grabbed a large wooden rod and tried to hit him.
Moralez said he took the piece of wood from Wilkerson and began to hit him with it. He said Wilkerson was not moving afterwards.
My heart goes to the family. More to come from this sad, sad incident

My Top 5 Things that Helped me Survive my Teen Years
I mean, there were plenty of good times and I hung around the right people, but it was still rough. I was teased for my style and "oddness" (a.k.a GAYNESS). I was in love with my best friend and I was so conflicted about my true feelings, God and what my future would be. With all of the good times I had with my other friends, I was constantly carrying 200 pounds of despair on my shoulders.
But no matter what was happening, I knew things would change once I would finally leave that town. And thankfully, there were several things that kept me on the up and up. So here are my 5 main things that kept me sane in my teenage nightmare.
My secret comic book, Amaron- I wrote and drew my own comic about super powered Amazons from a universe made by the Greek Gods. For many years, I created many characters and stories about this team of women. It was great to escape into my little world I made. I really got into it and I wrote over 200 stories about them. Maybe one day, I will try to make this a legit comic.
Deee-Lite- When I saw this group on MTV, I was convinced that NYC was the place for me. Their music and style spoke to me and I knew I had to make to New York in order to live. Later, I did in 1995.
A Different World- This show made college to be another world of fun and second chances. The characters were innovative and so wonderful. I was convinced that I would meet better people in college and hopefully, find a guy that would like me.
Uncanny X-Men 198- This comic changed my life. It was all about Storm and her road to finding herself again. This story made me realized that I had to be my own hero and if I wanted happiness, I had to start from within.
Comic Books- They were the best distraction the ho hum of Union City. The stories, the art and the characters were all I needed to get by. Although they were fiction, they more alive than most people around me. I would spends hours reading comics, finding solace in the colorful pages.
Funny, these things are still enjoyable parts in my life today.

Meet Adam, Degrassi's First Transgendered Teen

Degrassi is going to break new ground with their first transgendered character... Adam
Adam will be portrayed by Jordan Todosey, a 15-year-old actress from Life With Derek. For the role, she underwent a significant makeover, including adopting a more masculine gait. Todosey describes Adam as a character who “was born physically as a girl but between the ears, he feels like he's a guy." The show’s director and producer, Stefan Brogren, who also plays the role of the school principal, explained the importance of the character, telling CTV News, "I can truly say that when we decided to do this episode we realized this is brand new territory for us. We've never even tried to breach this subject before. Of course, we've dealt with gay and lesbian stories, but you can't approach this the same way."
Interesting. I hope this character will be done well.

Kentucky Teen almost killed because she is a Lesbian

Great Hera! Did y'all hear about this?
The Kentucky State Police are investigating an attempted kidnapping and murder of Cheyenne Williams. Why? Because of her sexuality.
Cheyenne Williams, 18, of McKee, signed a sworn criminal complaint Monday, saying she was abducted on Friday by Corinne M. Schwab, 18, of Sandgap; Ashley N. Sams, 18, of Annville; and a 17-year-old girl who was not identified because she is a juvenile.
Williams told police she was attacked as a result of her sexual orientation, state police Detective Joie Peters said.
The criminal complaint says the girls unlawfully restrained and tried to cause Williams' death. The intent was to "accomplish or advance the commission of a felony and to inflict bodily injury or to terrorize" Williams. The complaint, which was signed by George Hays, the Jackson County attorney, does not provide any other details. Hays declined to comment.
State police issued a news release Tuesday that says Williams was "taken against her will to the Flat Lick Falls area" where she was assaulted and that the other three girls "attempted to push her over a cliff, which could have resulted in serious physical injury or death."
Williams was able to escape and get to safety, the report says.
Peters said the teens have been friends since sixth grade and all are students at Jackson County High School. Williams told police that she initially went with the others willingly and thought they were joking with her, but she said she later got scared, Peters said. Williams said the others then attacked her.
The "mean girls" are scheduled to be arraigned April 22.

Little Nikita

I fell in love with River Phoenix after seeing this movie in the theater.
I even wrote a scene with me as the nephew of Sidney Poitier (I had a secret notebook of my thoughts and wishes at the time).
I was helping Jeff (River) escape Karpov by hiding him in the hood. However, we were found and Karpov tried to murder me, but Jeff's family saved us. Later, Jeff revealed that if I died, he wouldn't be able to tell me he was in love with me.
Silly, I know, but I was 14 and River was always on my mind.

What was the First Interracial Embrace in Comic Books?

It was in Teen Titans #26, in 1968. The embrace was between the new members, Mal and the psychic, Lilith.
This happen when the super teens decided to abandon their costumes to become social justice activists.
