I always loved the song from SS 2nd album. It was sexy, carefree and sleek. One of my favorites is "He's the Greatest Dancer". Kathy really got to shine in this song and luckily there's a video.
When I was 16 I went to concert at the old Capitol Centre outside Washington, DC with some friends.
We snuck behind the stage and ran into the sister Sledge. I was skinny with an Afro and bell bottoms -- definitey nobody's Adonis like the guy in the song.
I remember one of the sisters, the one in the lower left of the album cover, said "You're so cute."
I've always loved these ladies...always beautiful and classy and they made great music. Saw them on Oprah last year and they still look and sound good. Thanx for sharing the memory, I wish I would have ran into them

It's 30 years later and I'll never forget that.

When I was a boy, I seriously lusted and fantasized about all four of them......with my young silly self.
I wanted all four of them ALMOST as bad as I wanted EnVogue
