Any bad news for Gossip Girl is good news for me. The proof needed to end the show is coming quite fast.
Molly Ringwald's series Secret Life of the American Teenager is kicking GG's ass in ratings. The season premiere had 4.4 million total viewers. In fact that's 47% more than CW's hot mess.
What makes this show interesting is it's realness. Teenage pregnancy is a harsh reality. The way the show tackles the issue is pretty good and acts as a "what if" for teens. GG is just pure mess with no substance. Its shelf life is up, clearly. When you have a teen pregnancy show and a bunch of reruns trumping you in ratings, maybe that's a sign, CW.
