Bush's Last Press Conference

Bush finally admitted to some of his mistakes during his 8 years of foolishness. In his final press conference, he thanked everyone for putting up with him and then he took some questions.

In his Q & A, Bush defended the war and the "tactics" used on the prisoners, but was very disappointed when they found no weapons of mass destruction. He was also disappointed in assuming things were completed in Iraq (Mission Accomplished? Please) .

My disappointment with him, was his response to Hurricane Katrina. He was still defensive about it, which is funny because it somewhat ended most people's confidence in him. Anyway, he said this about Katrina:

"Don't tell me the federal response was slow when there were 30,000 people pulled off roofs right after the storm passed. ... Could things been done better? Absolutely. But when I hear people say the federal response was slow, what are they going to say to those chopper drivers or the 30,000 who got pulled off the roof?"

Oh Bush...well he's almost out, leaving mess for Obama to clean up. It's almost like a rock star trashing a hotel room and leaving it for housekeeping. I just wish we could charge him for the mess he made of our country and our lives.
