Center City Attack: Gay Couple speaks out, Video released

Update on the gay couple who were attacked in Center City.

The couple, who wanted to remain anonymous, say the ordeal began Thursday around 10:45 p.m. as they were walking to a pizza shop. The 28 and 26-year-old men were on 16th and Chancellor streets when they say they were approached by a group made up of about a dozen men and women. The victims say someone in the group asked whether they were a couple. When they told them yes, the group allegedly began to attack them, punching and kicking them in the face, head and chest. Police say one of the suspects then snatched a victim's bag containing a cellphone, wallet and credit cards. The group then fled in an unknown direction. "Three guys were on me taking turns on me," said the 26-year-old victim. The men say their attackers, who appeared to be drunk, screamed homophobic slurs at them during the assault. "I had three, four guys on me. I turned around and saw his(my boyfriend's) head hit the ground, like hard," said the 28-year-old victim. "I was horrified. I thought he was dead."

In Baltimore: A Transgender Woman Beaten in McDonald’s

I heard about this yesterday and could not believe this happened. A transgender woman was attacked in McDonald's just for using the restroom.

The April 18 assault, seen below, took place at a McDonald’s location on Kenwood Avenue in Rosedale, Maryland, a Baltimore suburb. According to the Baltimore County Police Department, a 14-year-old girl has been charged as a juvenile in connection with the assault, while charges are pending against an 18-year-old woman. “The incident remains under investigation and the State’s Attorney’s Office is reviewing the case,” added investigators.

Police said the assault victim "appeared to be having a seizure" when officers arrived at the McDonald's at around 8 PM. The victim suffered cuts to the mouth and face during the attack and was transported by medics to Franklin Square Hospital for treatment, according to a police report.

The police report identifies the victim as 22-year-old Chrissy Lee Polis, who appears identical to Christopher Lee Polis, whose rap sheet includes convictions for disorderly conduct, property destruction, and prostitution, according to court records. The civil rights group Equality Maryland has identified the McDonald’s victim as a transgender woman.

Polis told police that she was walking to the restaurant’s bathroom when she “got into a verbal argument with two black females” who “began punching her in the face with their fists and pulling her hair.” A female bystander told cops that when she tried to break up the fight, the suspects punched her in the face, which “caused her to become disoriented.” Police noted that the woman, who declined medical treatment, had “redness around her right eye which is consistent with someone punching her in the face.”

The employees should have done more to stop this. Some of them pointed and laugh, which is completely unacceptable.

I hope Chrissy gets the help she needs and those girls get serious counseling and some type of punishment.

Rand Paul supporter, Timothy Profitt is due in Court for assault

You know that Rand Paul supporter, Timothy Profitt, who stomped on the MoveOn.org activist? Well he has to appear in court November 18th.

He is charged with a fourth-degree assault for attacking her, which is a misdemeanor.

Fourth-degree assault can result to the maximum penalty of 12 months in jail, a $500 fine or a combination of both. Let's shoot for both.

Is this the Fall of Chris Brown?

No! I can't believe this and I hope there's some explanation about what happened, but this is news.

Chris Brown has just turned himself in to the LAPD.

Chris is being investigated by the LAPD for an alleged domestic violence felony battery that occurred early this morning near Hancock Park in L.A.

According to the victim, her and Chris got into an argument which became violent -- and cops say the woman in question had "visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker."

The LAPD says Brown had left the scene by the time they arrived -- and the identity of the victim is not released in domestic battery cases.

The rumor is that the woman assaulted is Rihanna! He's just a kid! What's happening these days! I hope...well I guess we will see.

He was so right in his claim that he went on record saying the "B" carved into the tramp's cheek stood for "Barack,".
