The Sad Truth about Teabaggers

Most of you may already knew this, but I thought I would share this.

New York Times has given an insight to the Teabaggers: They are driven by unemployment

The fact that many of them joined the Tea Party after losing their jobs raises questions of whether the movement can survive an improvement in the economy, with people trading protest signs for paychecks.

But for now, some are even putting their savings into work that they argue is more important than a job — planning candidate forums and get-out-the-vote operations, researching arguments about the constitutional limits on Congress and using Facebook to attract recruits.

Jeff McQueen, 50, began organizing Tea Party groups in Michigan and Ohio after losing his job in auto parts sales.

“Being unemployed and having some time, I realized I just couldn’t sit on the couch anymore,” he said. “I had the time to get involved.” He blames the government for his unemployment. “Government is absolutely responsible, not because of what they did recently with the car companies, but what they’ve done since the 1980s,” he said. “The government has allowed free trade and never set up any rules.”

It's sad, because these folks are victims, but it doesn't excuse their foolishness. If the GOP and Sarah Palin really cared, they would try to get them jobs and their lives back on track.

Sen. Jim Bunning finally Woke the F**k up!

Fool of the Month, Jim Bunning stop being an ass for a minute and let his stance on unemployment benefits go.

Mr. Bunning’s agreement to relent essentially short-circuited an intensifying political battle that had already resulted in 2,000 workers at the Department of Transportation being furloughed without pay and in the temporary cutoff of benefits to thousands of out-of-work Americans.

It came after Mr. Bunning’s fellow Republicans began to air their own concerns about how the Senate blockade had the potential to damage their political brand while also having a direct impact on their constituents.

While Democrats hailed the progress, they also said Mr. Bunning’s decision to delay the aid had caused serious disruptions in federal programs and could create bureaucratic problems as people tried to reclaim their federal aid.

Please vote this man out this year!

Sen. Jim Bunning is an Asshole

Sen. Jim Bunning is a son of a jackal! He continues to hold up the extending unemployment benefits bill. This bill will extend enhanced unemployment benefits and subsidized health insurance for laid-off workers for 30 days.

He has done this mess before and today, he's just keeping off the table.

What is his reason? Why is he being an ass about this? Well, he doesn't want to increase the deficit.

But there are families who need this money, who really needs help! How can he sit there and justify his reasoning, knowing that people are really suffering. Also this is hitting the farmers in Kentucky hard (He's represents KY).
Please watch this bastard as he's questioned over his actions.
