10 Things I got from the Duggar Interview

So, I watched the Duggar interview and it was a MESS. The levels of foolishness were mountain high and Melissa and Jim Bob...

Below, I have the whole interview for your viewing pleasure. And I have a few points about this interview.

1. The way Melissa and Jim Bob treated Josh's behavior as if he stole some candy from the corner store.
2. According them, it wasn't rape because the girls didn't remember and they were asleep.
3. Jim Bob didn't take Josh to professional counseling, because the church advisors were (I guess) better.
4. It seemed they were worried more about their image than their daughters.
5. After Josh continued his 'mistake' they still didn't go to a counselor, they found an officer that put 'THE FEAR OF GOD' in him. 
6. The Duggars believe that Trans people are pedophiles, but their son just made a mistake.
7. Now they want to fight to keep juvenile records safe.... Too bad they didn't think of this when Trayvon Martin was killed.
8. According to Fox News and The Duggars, this is a liberal media attack against them and their faith. You know, because this incident was so God like.
9. The way Melissa looks to Jim Bob as he spoke was creepy.
10. God has forgiven them, so everything is fine and dandy.

Zsuzsanna Anderson lashes out at The Duggars

The wife of Pastor (AIDS free Christmas) Steven Anderson, Zsuzsanna isn't a fan of the Duggars and had plenty to say about them. In an article in Raw Story, Miss Girl laid it all out of them.

Here's a piece:

“I believe that all pedophiles are reprobates, that they are unregenerate and in fact can never change, and that they, like all sexual deviants, should be executed as the Bible demands, lest they spread their abusive ways and corrupt more innocent lives.”

“It was insane to think they could become celebrities, and this not come to light with as many people as were involved in it. Did they consider the repercussions on their son’s life, who would even under the best of circumstances have been reeling to recover from this (if that is even possible)? Did they think the world, who was looking for any way to attack them, was going to look the other way on this? Great shame has been brought upon the cause of Christ through their desire to be rich, popular, or both.”

There's more, but this crazy lashing out that family of crazies was golden.

TLC snatches '19 Kids and Counting' from their Line-Up

Well, TLC finally got it together and pulled the heinous series, '19 Kids and Counting' from their line-up. This comes after Josh Duggar admitted to molesting 5 girls, 4 of them are his sisters. Social media demanded for TLC to cancelled the series, seems like they were listening.

Now let's wait for the conservatives to jump in to defend them.

Mike Huckabee still supports The Duggar Family

Janet and I want to affirm our support for the Duggar family. Josh’s actions when he was an underage teen are as he described them himself, 'inexcusable,' but that doesn’t mean 'unforgivable.' He and his family dealt with it and were honest and open about it with the victims and the authorities. No purpose whatsoever is served by those who are now trying to discredit Josh or his family by sensationalizing the story. Good people make mistakes and do regrettable and even disgusting things. The reason that the law protects disclosure of many actions on the part of a minor is that the society has traditionally understood something that today’s blood-thirsty media does not understand—that being a minor means that one's judgement is not mature. No one needs to defend Josh’s actions as a teenager, but the fact that he confessed his sins to those he harmed, sought help, and has gone forward to live a responsible and circumspect life as an adult is testament to his family’s authenticity and humility. Those who have enjoyed revealing this long ago sins in order to discredit the Duggar family have actually revealed their own insensitive bloodthirst, for there was no consideration of the fact that the victims wanted this to be left in the past and ultimately a judge had the information on file destroyed—not to protect Josh, but the innocent victims. Janet and I love Jim Bob and Michelle and their entire family. They are no more perfect a family than any family, but their Christian witness is not marred in our eyes because following Christ is not a declaration of our perfection, but of HIS perfection. It is precisely because we are all sinners that we need His grace and His forgiveness. We have been blessed to receive God’s love and we would do no less than to extend our love and support for our friends. In fact, it is such times as this, when real friends show up and stand up. Today, Janet and I want to show up and stand up for our friends. Let others run from them. We will run to them with our support.

Josh Duggar Molested Five Girls as a Teen

Josh Duggar, one of the kids from the hateful family, The Duggars, has just admitted that he molested five girls as a teen. Let me say that again, molested 5 girls as a teen! Here is his statement from PEOPLE magazine.

"Twelve years ago, as a young teenager, I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret. I hurt others, including my family and close friends. I confessed this to my parents who took several steps to help me address the situation. We spoke with the authorities where I confessed my wrongdoing, and my parents arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling. I understood that if I continued down this wrong road that I would end up ruining my life."

Because of this mess Josh has resigned from his position at the Family Research Council, which is a hate group led by Tony Perkins. I'm telling you - you can't make this stuff up! This family has been out here spreading so much anti-gay hate and family values crap, while harboring a child molester in their midst.

I want to hear how Tony is going to explain this.

HRC puts TLC on Blast for The Duggars

The HRC is going after the Duggars for attacking LGBT rights. They wrote, well, somewhat blasted TLC about their support of the hateful TV stars:

Last night, LGBT equality took a step backward in Arkansas following a Fayetteville vote to repeal a citywide non-discrimination ordinance that included protections based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

In a vicious, months-long campaign, anti-LGBT activists painted Ordinance 119 -- a non-discrimination law -- as something that would allow "sexual predators ... to enter gender-private areas." This is legally wrong and has never been reported by officials in 12 states with non-discrimination laws on the books from as far back as 1993.

At the helm of the repulsive campaign against LGBT Arkansans was none other than the Duggar clan, best known from the TLC series "19 and Counting.” The family donated $10,000 dollars of its own money to the election campaigns of three of the staunchest opponents of the non-discrimination ordinance -- John La Tour, Joshua Crawford and Paul Phaenuef. And since August, the hate-fueled campaign has been airing transphobic robo-calls like this one from Mother Michelle to push forward its discriminatory mission.

It’s not the first time the Duggar clan has used their celebrity to advocate against equality. In October 2013, the Duggars went on the road with the Family Research Council for a “Values Bus Tour” across Virginia in support of a radically anti-LGBT gubernatorial ticket. Last month, Josh Duggar led a rally against marriage equality in Little Rock, Arkansas last minute. 

It is time for the TLC celebrities to end their nationwide campaign to walk back the rights of LGBT Americans.
