James Bond writer says Idris Elba is 'Too Street' to play James Bond

Okay this is bullsh*t right here, y'all.

The new writer for the James Bond novels thinks Idris Elba is 'too street' to be 007!
In the Daily Mail’s Event Magazine, author Anthony Horowitz believes that Idris would be a bad choice.
"Idris Elba is a terrific actor, but I can think of other black actors who would do it better. For me, Idris Elba is a bit too rough to play the part. It’s not a colour issue. I think he is probably a bit too “street” for Bond. Is it a question of being suave? Yeah."
Suave... Idris isn't suave?

This must be a straight man talking because Idris is suave, sexy and alluring.

Seriously, this Anthony Horowitz is a fool! Total fool!

Pierce Brosnan says Irdis Elba would make a good James Bond

Former 007 alum Pierce Brosnan thinks that my future ex-husband, Idris Elba, would make a good James Bond.

Here's the scoop:
"Daniel has made his mark gloriously," the Hollywood veteran tells Radio Times. Asked whether Luther star Idris Elba would make a good Bond, Brosnan continues, "Yeah, he would actually. Colin Salmon also. May the best man get the job and may Daniel bring home the bacon for as long as he wants."
I don't know who Colin is, but Idris has my vote!

Sony Hack Reveals the Desire for Idris Elba to be James Bond

One of the good things about the Sony Hack is the news about Idris Elba being James Bond.

For a couple of years, many of us fantasized about Idris being the sexy agent. Well apparently, Sony Pictures Entertainment co-chairman and scorn queen Amy Pascal thought so, too.

On January 4, 2014, Amy sent an email to Elizabeth Cantillon, former executive vice president of production for Columbia Pictures, saying this... “Idris should be the next bond.”

Yes, he should be... He should be.
