Caitlyn Jenner wants to be Ted Cruz's Trans Ambassador
Lord... Caitlyn Jenner...
Seems like Miss Jenner's planning on supporting Ted Cruz for president. She believes she will be his ambassador to trans people.
She said
“I like Ted Cruz. I think he’s very conservative, and a great constitutionalist, and a very articulate man. I haven’t endorsed him or anything like that. But I also think, he’s an evangelical Christian, and probably one one of the worst ones when it comes to trans issues.”Ma'am... Ma'am.
How can Ted Cruz help Trans people? So far he's doing most to keep LGBT folks grounded, so I don't think he'll be on our side anytime soon.

Caitlyn Jenner writes about her journey and her Responsibility to the Trans Community
Caitlyn has teamed up with WhoSay to post a series of letters about the transgender community. Today is her first post
Caitlyn Jenner: The Journey Begins
Hi everyone. Caitlyn here. First of all, I want to thank you all for your support. The response to my new journey has been overwhelmingly positive and I’m eternally grateful for all of your sweet messages, letters, and gifts.
Up until now, I have totally isolated myself from the transgender community so I have a lot of catching up to do. I feel such a responsibility to this courageous group to try to get it right and tell all sides of the story. To me, that’s always the biggest question: am I doing it right?
A few weeks ago I had dinner with some of my new friends—a group of six trans women—and I went around the table and asked each of them how long it had been since their transitions. One said 20 years, the other one said 15 years ago…seven years ago…three years ago… They came around to me and I said, “Two weeks.”
Flash forward a few weeks and I’ve already learned so much about this community, the issues, and the people involved. It’s been an eye-opening experience for me—mainly realizing how fortunate I am.
I’ve heard every horror story there is in the book. You wouldn’t believe the types of ordeals these people have had, how they have had to literally fight for their own survival. Many trans teens are bullied and abused in high school. It’s just horrendous. Then there’s the other dark side of this issue: did you know that nearly 25% of the women in high-end sex business are reportedly trans women?*
Seeing how my new friends have overcome their adversities is such an inspiration. They are so well-adjusted and smart. I’ll be sharing their stories here in the coming weeks and I can’t wait for you to get to know them. They are just like you and me.
This is the first in a series of editorials where I will discuss the serious issues and lessons that I am learning through this process. I have so much to discover and hope that you’ll join me on this adventure.
Let’s live our true selves and make a positive difference while doing it. – Caitlyn

Tel Aviv has invited Caitlyn Jenner to headline Gay Pride Parade
From their email press release:
The City of Tel Aviv has invited Caitlyn Jenner to headline the upcoming Tel Aviv Gay Pride Parade (June 12).
Conchita Wurst, Winner of the 2014 Eurovision expected to take part as well in the largest gay pride event in the history of Asia and the Middle East, with 180,000 expected participants.
Jenner, a former Olympic men?s decathlon winner who previously went by the name Bruce, has drawn international headlines while becoming the de facto face of the transgender movement for her recently revealed transition to womanhood on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine.
When I saw your interview with Diane Sawyer, I was amazed by your bravery and determinations to live your life as you choose,? Yaniv WAizman, who holds the gay community portfolio on the Tel Aviv city council, said in an invitation to Jenner to lead the parade. The fact that you provided us an opportunity to smile and revealed the personal and complex process you went through, the difficulties that stood in your way, made you a source of inspiration for us in Tel Aviv.?
This year's parade will be taking place under the theme "Tel Aviv Loves all Genders" promoting awareness of and equality for the transgender community. Conchita Wurst, who generated world attention when winning the 2014 Eurovision song competition has already, approved her participants in the parade, which organizers expect to be the largest ever, with around 180,000 people participating.
