As far as the Confederate flag in South Carolina goes he's got a point. That flag was raised over the statehouse in Columbia by Democratic Governor Ernest Hollings in 1962. Instead of questioning Republicans maybe someone should ask Hillary Clinton and Martin O'Malley why someone in THEIR party put that flag up in the first place.
