New Info claims Pope Francis was Blindsided by the Kim Davis Visit

This is getting interesting.

Chicago Archbishop Blase Cupich tells CBS 2 that this whole Kim Davis stuff is not what it seems. He says that the Pope didn't request to see Kim. In fact he was blindsided. Some say it was orchestrated by the Pope’s representative, Carlo Maria Vigano.

Not even the Papal Spokesman Federico Lombardi knew about it ahead of time. Nor did the leadership of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, which would have opposed it. Others claim the Pope knew about the meeting and had ordered Vatican diplomats, perhaps even Vigano, to set it up. CBS 2’s Vatican source doesn’t think so.

A close advisor to Pope Francis tweeted that the Pope was, in his words, “exploited” by those who set up what the CBS 2 source says was a “meeting that never should have taken place.” Some call it an attempt by highly placed church leaders in the U.S. to diminish the impact of the Pope’s visit. Archbishop Cupich tried to downplay both the meeting and its significance. “It is his way of saying that walls of communication need to come down. Meeting with someone is not an endorsement of that person’s position,” Cupich said.

In Tennessee: Town Commissioner rants against Gay Student who want to bring his Boyfriend to a Dance

As always, there is anti-gay mess happening in my home state of Tennessee. At Christian Brothers High School in Memphis, a student named Lance Sanderson was denied an opportunity to bring his date (a guy) to the homecoming dance.

Lance's story made national headlines, which made many LGBT people respond to this foolishness. However, one person had a very big issue with this and posted it all on Facebook. This person is a town official, a grown ass man named Clark Plunk.

Man charged for Pimping Young Men and Branding Them

This is so disgusting and sad.

This guy, Sean Crumpler, has been accused sex trafficking, using young men for sex and then, branding them.

FOX31 Denver reports:

In an exclusive interview with FOX31 Denver, a 23-year-old man, whose identity is being protected and who briefly dated one of Crumpler’s younger housemates, said the 20-year-old had a tattoo on his arm with the word “Sean” and a picture of a bird that matches an engraved bird on a stone entrance way near Crumpler’s neighborhood.

The 23-year-old provided a photo of the 20-year-old’s tattoo to FOX31 and said, “He told me that it was because they were supposed to get it, and because it kept away all the other 'sugar daddies' when they are out partying or at the club.”

The 23-year-old said he never met Crumpler personally but twice visited the house where the Aurora Police Department and the FBI said up to a dozen males ages 16 to 21 lived rent free in exchange for sex with Crumpler.

“Most of the time when Sean was away, they’d have other guys over and have sex with them, but when Sean was there, they were forced to have sex with whoever he said," the 23-year-old said.

He added Crumpler preyed on gay runaways he met on the social media app Grindr. The arrest affidavit for Crumpler mentions a 16-year-old victim who told police Crumpler liked to go “hunting.”

“Hunting" is a term where they go and look for boys, teenagers who are looking for help and are in desperate need of somebody’s assistance,” the 23-year-old said.

Agents of SHIELD adds a Gay Character

Comic Book Fans get excited!

Agents of SHIELD's new season started Tuesday and they introduced a gay character named Joey Gutierrez.

In a Variety interview with star Chloe Bennet (Daisy Johnson), she talked about Joey:

Speaking of LGBT rights, I loved that the show introduced its first openly gay character in Joey. He’s struggling with his new Inhuman abilities and obviously has a different perspective from Daisy, but also perhaps some common ground because they’re both used to feeling like outsiders. What can you preview about their dynamic and what he could potentially add to the team?

Joey is the first person that she really feels like could be part of the team; they have to go through a certain level of assessment before that happens. As for him being gay, I was really, really happy to see that, and I am mostly happy to see how nonchalant it was and how subtle it was and how no one made a big deal about it. That’s the kind of reference to someone being gay that I like to see; it doesn’t affect the storyline in any way — it’s subtle, and I thought that was really good on the writers. Just like when people ask what it’s like to play a strong female character and it’s always a little frustrating…

I hope we will see more of him
