If this movie gets made, John Malkovich will play The Vulture in Spider-Man 4
Malkovich was rumored to be up for the role of The Vulture a month ago, and in an interview with an Italian sports show (full transcript available here...in Italian), he didn't deny his involvement. Here is a translated excerpt from the article..."When conductor Simona Ventura asked him about his role of Vulture in the movie, he not only didn't deny his involvement, but confirmed that he's waiting for the final script to be sent to him, and that the movie has been delayed. He also hopes that shooting will begin as soon as possible."
Also did you know John was in line to be the Green Goblin if Willem Dafoe declined?

Malkovich is a great actor, no doubt. But that new script is pretty terrible. I read some excerpts and notest about it, from a leaked email exchange. The Vulture was going to be made possible via an Avatar like body. And Raimi wanted the movie to start with a musical # like the one that was present in 3.
I'm really intrigue by this V. I think John could really be an amazing, seriously sinister villain.
