Unless something relevant happens that is unable to be Twittered and or blogger, the YouTube ban may prove to be an inconvenience.
Most of the videos cited are already on YouTube as is most of the court documents.
If the anti-gays fear retribution as some claim from having the trial broadcast on YouTube, then they would have seen to removing all the Yes On 8 promo's currently on YouTube.

They can ban cameras, but they can't hide. If I was making bigoted, hateful arguements to prevent basic civil rights, I wouldn't want it on TV either.
