CW's Wonder Woman series is Still In Development!

New WW news!

Apparently the Wonder Woman prequel isn't dead yet. EW has the scoop about the possible pick up.
CW Topper Mark Pedowitz told reporters after the network’s upfront presentation today that the Wonder Woman prequel dubbed Amazon remains in development, even though it didn’t make the cut for fall. “Oh God yes,” Pedowitz replied, when asked whether the project was still alive. “It’s being redeveloped. We don’t want to produce something” that doesn’t do the franchise justice.
“It’s the trickiest of all the DC characters,” he added.
There is also a new writer involved too.

I want to get excited, but I'am afraid. What do you think?

its the CW...it'll have a shitty plot, pretty shirtless white men, 1 black female main cast member who will be removed by the 3rd season and a lot of traveling montages set to contemporary club music.
Not excited but am open to being completely wrong.

It has to make it to a second season, first. A lot of CW programs usually don't.

I'm hopeful this will be good but I'm a little scared myself after what David E. Kelley tried to do.

Afraid. CW seems to not know what to do with this...

Um - do they not know who she is or where she is from?

Anything?

Anyone?
