I'm so glad I have Maggie's email address, here's what I sent to her:
You obviously don't know any accredited psychologists or psychiatrists. The well being of a child is more determined by consistent loving parents providing a stable environment in which the child can grow and learn. The sex of the parent doesn't matter. The consistency of love does.
I'm so tired of hearing you yammer on about the subject. What you are proposing says that I am socially less equal than you are. This is wrong, and it does make you a bigot. And I can tell you that you are on the losing side of this battle.
