A lot of people don't know Ben Shapiro is the squad leader for the 101st Fighting Chickens keyboard brigade, but I'm sure they do now.

Jason Collins is not a hero because he's gay. He's a hero because he has the guts to live his life on his own terms. Also, even though they may not have been out I'm sure dozens of gay men died as heroes on the beaches of Normandy. Shapiro's comments are an insult to ALL who died at Normandy gay and straight.
