And yet he supported gay marriage, not civil unions, back in the day in Illinois.
I still have hope for Mr Obama, I'd just like to see a little more, and hear a little more.
I wonder if he'll make a statement about New Hampshire.

That is a different tune than during the campaign when he clearly stated he wanted to extend all the same rights hetro couples enjoy through marriage using civil unions. The Federal government doesn't have an interest in making sure its citizens have equal rights?

Here's the qyagmire - He says Government shouldn't get into the business of determining what marriage is, yet, here he is, as President, defining marriage to a particular class of people.
