The White House response to the 77 Congressional Members asking Obama to Change DADT

Well the White House got the letter, now here's their response.
"President Obama remains committed to a legislative repeal of Don't Ask, Don't Tell, which he believes will provide a durable and lasting solution to this issue. He welcomes the commitment of these members to seeing Congress take action."

That's crisp and precise...now comes the HATER PARADE

It's funny how Obama can be a leader on other issues but in this case he wants to pass it off onto the Congress.

Also, Janet Napolitano has ordered deportations of surviving spouses and their children deferred for two years. That gives Congress time to fix the law if it chooses to.

Obama could do the same with DADT.
