I actually kind of like Beyonce's dress.
Beyonce designs as many outfits in her line as P.Diddy, J.Lo, Jay Z and Gwen Stefani do in theirs..absolutely none! They hire designers to design the items, they pick the stuff they like, then they put their names or clothing line labels on it and sell it! So whomever is getting fired won't be Beyonce, it'll be whomever she hired to design that dress!
