By the Goddess! Michael Jackson's death is a homicide!

I guess LaToya was right!

The Los Angeles County coroner has ruled Michael Jackson's death a homicide, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press, a finding that makes it more likely criminal charges will be filed against the doctor who was with the pop star when he died.

The coroner determined a fatal combination of drugs was given to Jackson hours before he died June 25 in his rented Los Angeles mansion, according to the official who spoke on condition of anonymity because the findings have not been publicly released. Forensic tests found the powerful anesthetic propofol acted together with at least two sedatives to cause Jackson's death, the official said.

This is horrible news. I can't imagine what the family is going through.

I have to wonder who in their right mind uses hospital anesthetics to treat insomnia!?

Hospital anesthetics made a lot of sense when you are a drug addict and sedatives have lost their effects. After all what drug addicts are after is oblivion, and for what it seems Michael was like any other junkie, with the only difference in that he had the money to buy "prescribed drugs." And I am not making a moral judgement, To me if you go out high, you are least got the last laugh.

So, Michael and Elvis have several things in common:

- They both had fame and fortune well beyond their poor upbringing.
- They both had a profound attachment to their mother.
- They both left a music legacy that will live on beyond their passing.
- They both claimed the title of "king."
- They both loved Lisa Marie.
- They both created a magical place in which to live. Elvis had Graceland and Micheal had Neverland.
- They were both prescription drug addicts, that always wanted a pill to make them feel better.
- Neither one of them died because of homicide, but rather medical malpractice and addiction.
- They both died from over dosing on drugs that were provided by doctors on their payrolls.

Pill-pushing is slowly and sometimes quickly killing people everyday.
