- I'm very laid back and easy going. I like to meet people, read, talk about politics, culture and life. I am a huge comic book fan (X-Men family and Wonder Woman) I also want to say that I am a proud black gay man...no 'down low' drama here

I think it's great! A step in the right direction.
However, devil's advocate, how does it help gays in the rest of the nation? That's just one Californian city.
I'm hoping and praying that the stay does not become permanent and that same-sex marriages may resume in California during the years-long appeals process, because the deprivation of our fundamental civil rights for even one day is one day too long.
Great victory for our side.:)
We need to keep focused though. Some hurdles and murky waters wait ahead and we need to be prepared.
As Cubby states, I hope they lift the stay.
