2 Men Rush the Citi Field in Protest of SB 1070 during an Arizona Diamondback Game

This is getting good... This weekend 2 guys put all on the line by protesting the racist immigration law.
Two men carrying Mexican flags ran into the outfield during the seventh inning of the New York Mets' game against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Friday night at Citi Field.

The men were apprehended by security fairly quickly without much incident.

Before the game, about 40 demonstrators across the street from the ballpark protested Arizona's immigration law, chanting "Oppose racism!" and "Boycott Arizona!"

Others stationed closer to the subway exit handed out leaflets that requested Major League Baseball move next year's All-Star game out of Phoenix.

I don't get why people consider this law to be racist. Yes, it is harsh and perhaps unconstitutional in terms of a state trying to overstep federal authority but no where in that law does it target race, only citizenship. It just frightens me that if perhaps a immigration law passes that is unfavorable towards illegal immigrants they can play the race card. Latinos are not the only illegal immigrants here. As far as I'm concerned they all need to go, regardless of their race and return through legal means.
