Uh, remember this is the same mofo that wanted consolidate all the HBCUs in Mississippi because he didn't see any purpose of such things. Although a number of them are the only institutions of higher education in the Delta portion of the state...
it's when i hear people like that that i wonder if the united states will not eventually...desunite. certains portions are so disconnected from the rest, it's a wonder they at least all agree to call themselves americans, though i imagine some may thing they're better americans than the rest.
this said, from a foreigner's point of view.
