Girlfriends is a good choice... I'd bring back the 90's X-men Anumated Series...They had it right!

I'd go with Angel - David Boreales was so hot, and the stories had a comic book feel to it!
Girlfriends, The Game, Andy Richter Controls the Universe, The 5 Mrs. Buchanans, Firefly, Boston Public, and Double Rush.
I did love Girlfriends, The Game (due to return on BET), Eli Stone, Kings, MadTV, and Everybody Hates Chris
Angel reruns are on TNT (He is better in Bones)

For me it would be Charmed.
It's so funny to me how many great shows get the axe while horrid ones continue to move forward...achemmm...Smallville.
I personally would bring back, My So Called Life.
I think Angel and Buffy had a good run. Go out on a high note and I think they did. I'm surprised you didn't say Buffy! ;)
