Desperate times call for desperate actions. Obviously, the shooter is fearful the ballot measure will fail. He's in denial about his own sexuality and has to resort to such empty, childish pranks to prove to others that he's as narrow-minded he believes others to be.
It's North Carolina. What do you expect? Home of John Edwards, Mike Nifong, Bishop Eddie Long (born there), Fat Pam spaulding, Quinn Matney....
