There was some drama over Erykah new video, 'Window Seat'.
She walked around naked at the site of JFK's assassination and pretended to be shot at the end of the video.
She was fine $500 for it, but she says she didn't mean any harm. If you know Erykah's work, she usually 'goes there', however Fox News' heifer in charge, Megyn Kelly wants to boycott Erykah.
Whatever, Fox... Oh, Erykah's CD is the bomb!

Exactly, all she got was a $500 fine. And if FOX news wants to give her free publicity, it's all good. Because someone watching FOX News ain't her demographic no damn way.

She was on Wanda Sykes last night talking about how she makes no money off CD sales because theft is so high. So much music out there is CRAP! So when an artist truly brings something to the masses that is heart felt, different, mindful and truly expressive, we need to show our support by picking up their CD's in a legit fashion!
So few artists deserve our hard earned money. Badu is definitely one that does!
She is a true artist - I love someone who pushes the limit within reason of course.
