Neil made the mistake of using the 'Tranny' twice on TV. However, he has apologized and will work with GLAAD on the situation.
I truly believe he didn't mean any harm.

I didn't realize until the Dan Savage mess that the 't' word was considered in poor taste.
Allow people to make mistakes, apologize, and move on.
