WATCH: The Pilot of '17th Precinct'
This could've been a hit for NBC, but they passed on it. 17th Precinct was created by Ronald D. Moore from 'Battlestar Galactica'. The pilot, in a nutshell, is about a world that runs on magic. It's a little rough, but solid. If you have 45 minutes, take a look and let me know what you think
