If it doesn't happen, it likely didn't because Harry Reid caved in (again) and things like NPR and Planned Parenthood got defunded.
Either way it stinks.
It's going to happen, just like it did in 1995-96. And yes, at the hands of fucking Republicans even then.
This is going to hurt the republican party.
If Obama and the Dems cave on this one, they have no soul.
