Many thought Scream 4 was going to jumpstart the series again, but the weekend wasn't so kind to my beloved horror storyline.
It made only 19 million, a far cry from the last 2 sequels (each of them made over 30 million). Oh well, it was a good effort.

Neve's unemployment benefits were running out...so atleast she'll get a little sumthin for her efforts.
I guess when you wait ten years between films the audience loses interest.
Too bad the filmmakers and cast didn't know that.
