Friendship. Both the virtual type and honest to goodness real life kind. I feel lucky to have both.

A sense of community; dialogue; arguments; compassion; understanding.

All of the above plus ten pounds. (A hobby that's done mostly in a seated position is not good for the waistline.)

Free therapy (writing about your experiences beats going to a shrink), friends online and offline, a sense of community and little bit of fame in a big world.

Friendship, community, and a place to feel like my voice matters in the world!

What everyone said above, plus a voice.

What everyone else said - plus an outlet for my own creativity.

Blogging makes me feel as if I have a voice that is heard.

Also - the absolutely wonderful people I have met virtually and in reality through my blog......

And finally ... Inspiration - so many others inspire me and touch my heart in ways that I thought had been lost - I love the written word - and I love the soul and heart that bloggers put into theirs.

Mazel Tov all.

I guess the most valuable thing I've gained is all the wonderful people I've had the privilege of getting to know! You, Damien up there, Kevin from The Lisp and many other amazing voices out there in cyberspace.

A space to express myself.
A space to learn from others.
A space to share with others.
A space to reaffirm that it is not just me, and that my journey is very similar to others.
