Domhnall Gleeson, Daniel Kaluuya, or Dominic Cooper
They seem to be going younger here and somewhat hotter.

Well since the last two Doctors have complained about not being ginger, I'll put my money on Domhnall Gleeson.
Dominic Cooper is too hot for t.v. right now.
