Last night, I attended YouTube Pride Party at their main building (it's cool, BTW).
There, we learned about YouTube's new LGBT initiative by supporting videos within the community. On their main page, YouTube stated:
At YouTube, we’re proud to stand with the LGBT community to support equal rights and marriage equality – we believe that everyone has the right to love and be loved. Pride Month may be coming to a close, but we hope YouTube is a place where you can feel proud and build a community all year long.YouTube is inviting LGBT folks to participate in their #ProudToLove campaign by creating a video to show your pride.
