- I'm very laid back and easy going. I like to meet people, read, talk about politics, culture and life. I am a huge comic book fan (X-Men family and Wonder Woman) I also want to say that I am a proud black gay man...no 'down low' drama here

I'm eagerly anticipating seeing this, but I'm afraid I'll have to see it without my husband. We got married during California's brief window of opportunity before 8 was passed. He can't take watching documentaries like this; they're just too painful for him.

I cant wait to see this....... the depth of the mormon church and its hate for non mormons is just beyond belief.
Except they are real..........
And they are just getting warmed up.
I first saw 8: The Mormon Proposition at The Sundance Film Festival and it is worth seeing again and again. It is getting extended standing ovations at every festival it plays at and anyone feeling to criticize it should see it first. They will find as Variety’s review states: “8″ actually spends more time trying to humanize homosexuals than to demonize those who hate them.
I have listed on my blog the film festivals 8 is playing at, prior to the theatrical release on June 18th.
