Congress Approves the Hate Crimes Act!
More great news!
Congress has approved the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act!
This also includes sexual orientation and gender identity as well. Now this goes to Obama, where he has promised to sign it into law.
