After a failed attempt to scare the D.C. LGBT community, Marion Berry finally succeeded in what he does best...Getting arrested.
Yes, our favorite mess got arrested for stalking his ex, political consultant Donna Watts-Brighthaupt.
He was charged with a count of "misdemeanor stalking". He is also on probation for not paying his federal taxes too.
He was released, but he has to appear in court Thursday.
And to think he was trying to lead a anti-gay marriage crusade against us. I'm sure he will have loyal followers now.
