1 down 3 to Go


The Matthew Shepard Act passed, and it was done without funding for the F-22 program.

Now Obama has to sign it into law.

Good stuff

Not quite. The House and Senate have to get together and decide whether this is the bill is worthy of the President's pending signature.

And it's possible the F-22 could rear its ugly head again.
