I'd be less annoyed at his lack of movement on DADT if he'd stopped the discharges, but he didn't.
He says he has to enforce laws that are constituionally valid. Who determines that a law that enforces discrimination is valid? Also, there is a difference in following the law and proactively enforcing it. Since Obama has been in office, more than 275 soldiers have been dismissed and another 2,000 have left "voluntarily" according to the Christian Science Monitor. These are people losing their job, retirement and other benefits because they are gay. Justice delayed is justice denied.
