Anthony Gray, attorney for the family of Michael Brown, announced that they will file a civil case against former police officer Darren Wilson. The city of Ferguson will also be named in the suit as well.

The family’s legal team underscored the difference in the standard of proof between a federal civil rights suit and a personal civil suit, suggesting that it might be able to succeed in its case.More to come
Another lawyer on the family’s team, Daryl Parks, said that Brown’s family does “not accept” that Wilson was defending himself when he shot Brown to death in August.

Instead of clogging the judicial system with yet another frivolous lawsuit they should be looking within themselves to find out why their son was a violent thug who tried to kill a police officer.
“The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits.”
Of course in your case the genius (a term which I use VERY loosely) will never even approach that limit.
