BP!!!
not only they should pay for cleaning up the mess, but they should be fined as to the damages they did to the environment, compensate fishermen, etc, etc, etc...
The most culpable is BP. Of course they'll try to push it off to the actual owner of the platform.
But I will hazard that if you trace ownership of the platform it comes back to an oil company. Maybe BP, maybe not.
The EPA needs to start hitting BP with fines. And BP needs to cap that well.
